It's Never Too Late

It's Never Too Late ©2014 Joan M. Newcomb

"Youth is wasted on the young." George Bernard Shaw

Time marches on.  People have short attention spans.  Opportunity doesn't knock twice.

We are so pressured to take action NOW.  You have to decide what you want to be when you grow up, before you grow up.  It used to be that college was for discovering what you'd like to do, for trying different classes before you declare a major.  Now college is so expensive, you need to already know your specialty while you're in high school!

You can't make mistakes, you'll never recover from them.  You should have settled down earlier.  You should have stayed single longer.  You should have gone into computers in the 80's, invested in Apple, bought that house, or sold that condo.

If you haven't succeeded by now, you might as well give up.  You've settled.

You can't make changes now, everything you've already created will fall apart, you'll lose everything.

Every single one of these statements is a limiting belief.  It's viewing things from the body/personality perspective.  It's black and white, life and death.

From the awareness as Consciousness, there are no mistakes, and everything happens in perfect timing.  Even better, everything has happened, is happening, there are no lost opportunities.

This is not only not your only lifetime, but it's not the only lifetime you are living NOW.  Every time you decided to go one way. a parallel self split off and went in another direction.  You did accept that job offer, you won the lottery, you lost 50 lbs.  As many parallel pasts are behind you, you have unlimited possibilities in front of you.  You have infinite choices to make.

And it's not even that linear.  All past lives, all future lives, are being experienced at once in Consciousness.

But wait, there's more.  You have never made any bad choices.  You have never missed any opportunities.  Because You are Consciousness, and You've been creating everything perfectly, down to the last detail.

It's when you fight Yourself, you experience conflict.  When you're in disagreement with what is, you're in disagreement with your Self, and feel unhappy.

When you're living your life with Conscious Mastery, it's not about controlling Consciousness.  It's about letting YOUR Consciousness flow through you.  As you relax into that awareness, everything gets easier.

And quicker.

Oftentimes, when success comes later in life, it's because you finally have let go and relaxed.  This is when people's retirement hobbies turn into billion dollar businesses.  This is when lifelong confirmed singles suddenly get married.  Things show up when you no longer expect them.

And suddenly you start backpedalling.  You're used to waiting, to longing, to not having. You want to be perfectly ready before you take action.  It's never too late, but you also need to Have (own, respond to) your manifestation.  "I'm almost 60 years old, I can't move that fast," is still a body/personality limitation.

It's never too late.  It's always NOW.

So.  Take a deep breath.  Relax into yourself.  Fill yourself with Consciousness.  And go ahead and do it anyway.
