It's Christmas Day as I write this and I thought I'd gift everyone a little blessing technique. It's simple, you can do it any time and anywhere.

You can do it with the person in front of you, or standing in the place that you'd like to bless. But you can also do it in your mind's eye, and they or it, can be anywhere in the world.

With a person, imagine an energy connection from them into the center of the Earth. Then imagine an energy connection from them up to the Sun. Then imagine gold sunlight flowing down into them, into their body, and around them, surrounding them. When it's done, the sunlight just flows into the Earth

With a place, imagine an energy connection from the floor (or ground level), into the center of the Earth. Then imagine an energy connection from it up to the Sun. Then imagine gold sunlight flowing down into it, into the room, building, town, location, and around it, surrounding it. When it's done, the sunlight just flows into the Earth.

You can also bless occasions and circumstances.  If you are about to go to a party, or into a meeting, you can do the same process. If you're about to go on a trip, imagine a timeline representing the duration of the trip (from when you leave your house, to when you return home), and bring gold down into it.

Most significantly, you can bless yourself. Connect yourself energetically with the center of the Earth. Then imagine an energy connection from you up to the Sun. Then imagine gold sunlight flowing down into you, into your body, and around you, surrounding you. When it's done, the sunlight just flows into the Earth.

And, yes, you can do it to whole towns, and countries, and the planet. With the planet, you connect the surface of it into the center. You connect it to the Sun, and bless the whole orb with sunlight.

This seems simple,  yet is quite potent, and is most effective when done lightheartedly or playfully. It's especially powerful when two or more are focused together. A room full of people blessing the same thing is amazing.

For those of you working on the quantum or matrix level, you are blessing the hologram, you are blessing creations of Consciousness, and even so, it's pretty fun to do.
