When Getting Back On Track Reveals A Completely Different Path

When Getting Back On Track Reveals A Completely Different Path ©2018 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

It's been a hard couple of years. Something happened that knocked me off course. When I look back, I can recognize certain signs. In January of last year, I started having reactions to the house I was living in, I felt it had turned toxic on me. And since I work from home, there was no escaping it.

And then my dog started having seizures. We had just bought tickets to visit my son who was in school in Germany and I asked the vet whether we should go. She said the seizures were unpredictable and the tests didn't indicate anything serious that we could do anything about.  And she said she was a believer in going ahead and living your life.

So we went, and when we got back, our dog was limping. It turned out that what we thought was arthritis and a benign fatty lump on her leg, was actually cancer. So we had a horrific four weeks while she died on our kitchen floor.

And right after that our landlord gave us notice. Which was fine with me, since the house was toxic. (We later found mold throughout the basement, and evidence it had been painted over prior to our moving there in 2013). But we didn't find a new place to live until 7 days before we had to be out of there.

But that was last year. And this year has been fairly calm. The new place is wonderful, clean, and spacious. But something is still off course.

And when I look back, it had started before all the things with the previous house. Although all those things occurred because it was definitely time for us to move.

So what was it? I've been telling people I've been going through a phase of feeling like an atheist. I thought it was simply because I'd shifted to a new level of Consciousness, where the personality had gone out of it. But it really was a spiritual void. What happened?

I'd completely forgotten being side swiped by the election at the end of 2016.

Someone had texted me that night saying, "what parallel universe are we in"???

I'm pretty good in a crisis so I took the event in my stride, but it did really feel like we were all shoved into an alternate reality.

And, honestly, it caused me to doubt my work. Because I teach people that they can create their reality. And who the fuck wants to own creating this bullshit we've been going through since 2016??

So then I shifted into this space of just responding to is whatever showing up. Going ahead and living my life. None of this visualization, none of this law of attraction, just being with what is. But it hasn't been easy.

And my sensitivity has gone through the roof. I feel all sorts of people's reality. And a lot of the time it gets validated (someone texts, someone posts on Facebook, I can see in real time who I'm sensing).

But the noise from the collective is overwhelming.

A couple weeks ago, I had to get off Twitter, which helps a little bit. But I stay on Facebook because of family and friends. So I react to the memes there and still have big, fat, opinions about the news.

I'm pretty pissed off with what's going on in the external story line. And it feels wrong to be detached from it. It feels wrong to be doing well when so much is being destroyed and so many people are in pain. And I want to manipulate the shit out of reality.

But I only feel this way when I'm totally disconnected from myself as Consciousness. When I'm aligned as my higher self, I can see what's unfolding as all part of the greater expansion.

When I'm aligned as my higher self, I know that it's ultimately getting better. I know that we're *all* very capable, Infinite beings, individually creating our reality.

Observing what is happening in the world from the perspective of Consciousness, it's all very exciting. The more capable we are, the more creative our story lines. We're collectively becoming very capable. We're not off course, we moved to a more challenging one.

Navigating at this level is intuitively driven, an art, not a science. As Consciousness there isn't anything to change, fix, or improve. It all reorganized in our favor.

And that's what I need to remember. As Consciousness, it's a benevolent Universe. Even when it doesn't seem like it on the outside, I know, as Consciousness, all is very, very well.

Reality, Insanity, and Truth

Reality, Insanity and Truth ©2018 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

Maybe this blog post should be entitled arguing with reality. The news this week was insane. Stories of breastfeeding babies being torn away from their immigrant mothers, thousands of children being held in dog pens in warehouses; I hit bottom.

I’ve struggled to observe it all from neutral. From the perspective of greater Consciousness, what is really going on? Everyone at their essence is infinite and immensely powerful. There is greater Light coming into the world, it is illuminating the darkness, but it also means the darkness is going away.

Yeah, fuck that shit. It was already pretty bad but now toddlers and infants, that’s over the line.

What’s in the process of disintegrating is all the old power structures, and all the old attitudes that limit or define anyone as more than or less than. We’re all Consciousness, we’re all omnipotent.

And those who cling to those old ways of being are experiencing the most discomfort, because their reality is dissipating. They’re the ones freaking out and going insane.

Where’s the last bastion of this paradigm? Washington, DC, my home town. So what we’re seeing are extreme behaviors, extreme actions, being taken to maintain the illusion of power. And it seems so destructive, because it is. It’s reflecting the distruction they’re feeling within.

You know, I don’t really care what the higher reasons are. I just want it to stop NOW.

This world is a marvelously complex creation of Consciousness, with an endless supply of storylines. We are all Consciousness, we are all God Within. Other people are other aspects of Consciousness. People aren’t our reflections, they're real people not just mirrors or Westworld characters. But what we see or feel is usually in ourselves. If there wasn't a matching resonance, we wouldn't notice it or they wouldn't be there.

So even uncomfortable situations we've attracted, or we observe, are an indicator of what is shifting or changing within us.

SO WHAT’S GOING ON INSIDE? Everything within me that reacts to things that are unjust, that wants to fight against white male dominance, has also been disempowering myself. Where I have been restricting my own freedom?

The old paradigm was that dominance was power, and yet it's energetically weak. Power outside is the least powerful. Trying to control or change other people, whether it's trying to keep them out of the country or economically or educationally challenged, is the actions of those who don't feel strong themselves. And yet, trying to fight them, to control or change them, puts us into a weak position, it's using the same energy to create a different outcome.

Operating at a higher level of Consciousness, the rules are different. You can’t manifest by manipulating the hologram. You can only change by shifting from within, shifting yourself.

So how do we stop this insanity? Because if I withdraw (ever fiber of my being wants to go back to being a mystic in the woods), if I turn of Twitter (my source of on-the-ground news, and hence my window into the madness in the world), am I not being in denial? Am I turning a blind eye to people who need help?

I CAN’T DRIVE TO TEXAS AND THROW THEM IN A MINI VAN. And I don't speak Spanish, so I can't go up to SeaTac and help the parents (that have been brought to Washington State for some bizarre reason).

I can participate in a General Strike, as an introvert I don't go on marches and gave up on phone calls but I can protest with my wallet.

But really, as a Mystic, I can shift the energy within, I can collapse the internal power structures, I can step into a parallel universe where this is unfolding differently. I can two-point to where the outcome is already different.

When I relax, step back from the story, I can see and feel the Truth. I'm in agreement with what is (okay, I'm getting there).

I invite everyone to do this for themselves. Because if we collectively reclaim our power, this can instantly change.

I'm excited to see what happens!

(If you're new to my work and want to know how to do these things, read more of my blog and go to my website for coaching on Consciousness Techniques).

Manipulating Reality

Manipulating Reality ©2018 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

We all seem to be seeking change. We want aspects of our reality to be different. We try to make this happen, either by asking/invoking something outside of ourselves to do it, or by trying to do it ourselves. We use pure effort, we try strategies, we employ systems, we practice or we pray.

I taught techniques on how to create your reality for many years, which were very effective, until I went through a Consciousness Shift myself and those things stopped working. Then I learned (and developed) different ways to move through life to create different experiences.

And then went through a period of time when I was just responding to what showed up, with no motivation to try to change, fix, or manipulate reality at all.

Once in a while, though, I hit times when I feel highly motivated to pull out the old toolkit. One of those was recently, when there was a child abduction case in our neighborhood. Kids at a playground filmed on their phones an old, white, man in a hat and glasses, tying up a ten year old with duct tape, before putting him in a car and driving away.

When I got home and learned this, helicopters had been flying overhead for a couple hours as the police was searching for this guy.

I picked up different bits of information off of social media, all very disturbing, and at some point I kinesiology tested whether they'd find the kid. I got a yes. And then I tested whether he'd be alive, and I didn't get a clear answer.

Mind you, I was picking up on *everyone's* reaction to the photos, which didn't help my testing.

So I got pissed. I decided that I was going to manipulate the shit out of reality. I drew in an enormous amount of "power" and energetically picked up the man by the neck, and scattered his molecules. I may have threatened him with obliteration if the kid wasn't released, I can't quite remember. It was very quick and intuitive. But then I decided that *I* could step into a reality that had a different outcome - and suddenly the energy dissipated.  The charge wasn't there. It was done.

I was still quite shook up about it, so over then next twenty minutes I'd try one thing or another, but it all fell flat.

After that I went back on social media and discovered the police called off the search. The man turned out to be the kid's grandfather, and the story was that the kid was autistic and running into traffic so he used duct tape to subdue him. (CPS was now investigating).

So who knows what really happened but what I notice for myself is that *I* changed the reality I was experiencing, and then the story about what was happening changed. Even though there are still some shifty details to work out.

But here's the perspective from Consciousness - we're all Infinite Beings, including the 10 year old, the grandfather, and me. Myself as Consciousness created a story I became aware of. I created a response to it. I did some actions (or reactions).

The first part - fear, then rage, was *not* myself as Consciousness, but the part of me that was felt the need to draw on power that was outside itself in order to manipulate a story that was also outside of itself.

When the energy changed was me employing an actual Consciousness Technique - stepping myself into a reality with a different outcome.

Because you can't really change things by manipulating. I mean, you can move stuff around and make it look different, but the same core patterns will keep running, so whatever you want to avoid or fix will keep replicating in whatever you try to replace it with.

Playing in Consciousness is an art, it doesn't work if you're try to make it a system. When you're playing *as* Consciousness, you're at a level beyond thought, beyond your intellect, your mind machine "GPS".

Shifting yourself in this way creates results beyond what your mind can imagine.

Try this, this week, and see what happens.

Comedy of Errors

Comedy of Errors ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

Yesterday I had another unbelievably difficult time with technology. Last week I tried upgrading something that I'd done a month ago, and the results were a mess. So yesterday I tried again, and the morning was very productive. But the afternoon was another comedy of errors.

At some point I realized how hilarious the scenario was. I mean, I teach Consciousness Techniques, which allows you to manifest reality "easily and effortlessly". But trying to create a video and powerpoint took a mountain of effort and hasn't yielded anything worth publishing yet.

Does that mean my work is full of shit? Does it mean that we're not in a huge shift of Consciousness?

Nah. It means that Consciousness has no ethics about playing the game here on Playground Earth. It means that even when it's all effort, it's all good.

Now, I as my body-personality had a schedule and a deadline for this project. As Consciousness, I didn't.

When I went through this a month ago, it was equally bizarre. Sometimes the software worked, sometimes it didn't. I ended up using two different devices with three different versions of the program, which sometimes had one ability and then it didn't. And then I create a workaround using something completely different.

I assumed today would be easier, because I did all the things that ultimately worked in the end last time. Except today was kind of the same thing. And I ended up running out of memory on my laptop and deleted a bunch of things that maybe I'm going to need tomorrow when I work on this again.

But all of this is a wonderful metaphor for life as Consciousness in a physical body. The more Consciousness comes into form, the more unexpected things happen. Things show up that shouldn't be there. Things that should work one way, don't.

It doesn't mean that I've gone backwards in my development. It doesn't mean that I'm operating unconsciously.

It may mean that I'm in too much effort, that's for sure.

This happens when we thing we're spiritually enlightened. When we think we already know it all. When we expect life to have hierarchies and levels.

Consciousness relishes all of it, Consciousness inhabits all of it.

What to do when things like this happen? Don't resist what is. Let it go. Send a parallel self to work on it. Step into a parallel universe where it's already done. Allow reality to reorganize differently.

And I'm going to sleep on it and see what unfolds tomorrow.

Is There Any Such Thing As Perfect Timing?

Is There Any Such Thing As Perfect Timing? ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb

Today I’m musing about timing. I’ve been having things come into form that have taken ten years to manifest. My first book, originally written in April of 1996, was self published in 2006. I’m getting a handle on money issues that have been around at least that long, if not longer. I’m in a relationship that’s everything I’ve always wanted – and have been consciously praying for and energetically working on manifesting since the early 80’s.

Then I think about manifestations from my earlier years – my two kids were planned pregnancies that occurred without effort, with quick births, yet they had their own timing for being born.

Why do some things happen quickly and some things take forever to show up?

When I was a teenager I lost 50 pounds, simply by charting what I ate, limiting calories, and walking to school and back every day (about 5 or 6 miles). It took most of a year to do this, and was tremendously transformative and empowering.

Buoyed by this experience, I set my sights on a relationship, which took about five months to get the guy to go out with me. It was initially wonderful but then heart breaking.

As I look back over my different life experiences, some consciously manifested, some unconsciously attracted, and there has been a sense of what I used to call Divine Timing in all of it.

“The Universe gives you what you can handle” is one way I used to look at it. You attract what you’re ready for, is another way. I’ve resisted what I thought the Universe was giving me; at times I'd say "it thinks I’m too friggin’ capable".

But now I have a different perspective as Consciousness,  reframing my experience of timing, and also of manifestation.

It's not the Universe giving me anything, it's me as Consciousness creating everything I experience in the physical.

Someone once mentioned that reincarnation didn’t make any sense to them because everything was happening at once. I got the instant understanding that there is no time or space as Consciousness, so from the perspective of Consciousness, all past and future lives are happening ‘at the same time’ this one is. There is no linear link from past to future, it’s not like going up grades in school. And if you can grasp that in Consciousness there is no individuality, then there’s really no one spark of light going through a series of experiences (like grades in school). As aspects of Consciousness we just jump into the pool of life, splash about, and then jump out into the All-That-Is.

As I reconcile it taking me so long to get to where I am at, I realize that it really took no time at all. Each lifetime is just a blink of an eye. And what I’ve accomplished in this one is just a glimmer of the great Spark of all of creation.

As I relax into a perspective of creating as Consciousness, it really doesn’t matter how much or how little I have achieved. It’s all about Creation. It’s all about playfully creating in the physical. I either manifest something, or I don’t. It either happens now, or later, or not. I create this, or I create something else. And I can choose to create happy thoughts, happy experiences, or challenging ones.

When I shift to navigating life as Consciousness, what shows up is bigger than my little mind can imagine.

And when you add the awareness of Parallel Universes into the mix, you realize that you as Consciousness are simultaneously experiencing other possibilities within this storyline. There's a parallel self that has experienced success earlier in life, there's a parallel self that is already experiencing whatever I want to create right now.

Whatever you want to create, it already exists, you just need to step into the Universe where you already have it.

It becomes a much more fun way to experience life. And I can welcome all these wonderful things coming into my life and enjoy my time with them Now. Which is really the only time there is.

Manifesting In The New Consciousness

Manifesting In The New Consciousness ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

I recently created a scenario which seemed to require conscious manifesting. In the old days I would have written about it, vision boarded it, affirmed it, put it in a pink balloon, two pointed to where ever it already exists, and, yes, stepped through doors to parallel universes where it's already happening.

Because yeah, man, I'm an expert and I already know this stuff.

And I didn't do any of those things. I created something that afternoon that wasn't quite the thing. I sat with it, and watched other possibilities unfold. This required interacting with others in my storyline, and dances with relationships.

It was (and is) very interesting to see what is coming into form. And very interesting to see my discomfort with not being entirely in control of the creation.

It's still not fully in form. The agreements are still being drawn up. And Mercury is going retrograde on Saturday!

But something bigger is unfolding, beyond what I can imagine, and a part of me is excited to be stepping into the unknown, to having something more that what my mind wants to design.

There's so much potential for drama and disagreements. And yet all that dissipates when I don't resist what is.

Manifesting in the new Consciousness is the opposite of how it was before. It isn't about changing, fixing, or manipulating the circumstances. It's not about claiming power and declaring it to the Universe. It's not about specifics and time limits.

All of that was Ego/Personality/Mind wanting to control the outcome. The part that is fearful, the part that feels powerless, the part that is based in survival.

Consciousness is creating all of this. You are Consciousness. You're creating all of this. All possibilities exist within this creation. You are dancing between possibilities.

It's all good, because as Consciousness, you love your creations, you love your Self that is playing in this field of reality.

Playing this way you totally know it's a benevolent You-niverse. Wherever you fall, you are being caught.

There are no mistakes, because all possibilities are running simultaneously and you chose this one in the moment. Things can transform themselves, when you play at this level, when you expand to a different outcome.

Manifesting in the new Consciousness is about creating, not control. This is a playground, we are here to create, it's all about creating and being creative.

As Consciousness you are benignly neutral. There's no good or bad to what you create. If you manifest disasters, it's equally as creative as manifesting miracles. If you want to create something different it's a very subtle shift in direction.

It's incredibly freeing to let go of control, and to go forward completely improvising as things come up.

Creating as Consciousness allows you to manifest beyond your wildest imagination.

A Newfound Hope

A Newfound Hope ©2016 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

hope noun
  1. 1.
a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.
    synonyms:aspirationdesirewishexpectationambitionaimgoalplan, design

    • a person or thing that may help or save someone.
    • grounds for believing that something good may happen.
      synonyms:hopefulness, optimismexpectation, expectancy
  2. 2.
    archaic
    a feeling of trust.
verb hoping
I was going to write on a very different topic this morning until I looked out the window. The sunrise changed my mind.
I looked at it and I thought, "Hope".
There's not been much to hope for recently. The news is disastrous, the weather is crappy, people are depressed.
It's hard to believe that any good could come of anything at the moment.
If we really create our reality, why are we creating global warming, poverty, war, and cancer? If we really can manifest anything we truly desire, why isn't it already here?
Can we even be hopeful when things are so bad? Isn't that just being in denial?
When we look at life from our body/personality level, it's going to be frustrating. We feel helpless. We feel blocked.
That's because our bodies, and to an extent, our personalities, are locked into this reality. Our bodies only exist in the here and now. They take things very seriously. They view things in black and white, life and death.
Life is a school with lessons to learn, and punishing consequences if you mess up.
It's you as Consciousness that is creating life down to the smallest detail.
To Consciousness, this world is a marvelous playground. Life is a game to experience. It's not about getting good stuff. But it feels good to navigate life from this higher awareness, using consciousness techniques with playful curiosity.
Living life as Consciousness, feels joyful and lighthearted. You manifest effortlessly and with ease.
How do you do this? It's not a mental activity. You can't do this by thinking. In fact, I like to do "tricks" to bypass my thinking. That's why I enjoy stepping through invisible doors to parallel universes every time I walk my dog. It shifts my feeling state into a new experience.
It's a deceptively simple technique. The changes are subtle. But the ripple effects are profound. Your mind will try to discount it, because your mind is part of your body's operating system. It's designed to keep you on track, but ends up keeping you in the same rut.
When you navigate life as Consciousness, you manifest results bigger than your mind could have imagined.
When you shift your awareness of yourself to Consciousness, as Consciousness, you can see the infinite possibilities available to you. You regain hope. You get little reminders how big and miraculous this world is. You see sunrises.

What Is Dying In Your Life?

What Is Dying In Your Life? ©2016 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

This has been a long, hard year for many people. And we've had some significant deaths, as well. With the recent unexpected passings, I've joked that David Bowie and Prince are hosting one heck of a Sky Party.

And for those of us who are staying in our bodies, there have been other kinds of loss. If it hasn't been material, or in relationship, it's been within ourselves. Perhaps our world view has changed, or an aspect of our identity has gone. Perhaps we have lost hope, or inspiration.
Chinese Opera, by Nova

In the last couple of months some of these have been sudden and unexpected. We're in shock, as well as grief.

For months now, I have been aware of an impending death in my life, and am not clear what it is. I've been rebuilding since 2013 (the year I helped both parents die, and also my dog, lost my uncle, my house, and my business effectively shut down).

I've also been aware of being at a tipping point, a sense of about to dive in, all-or-nothing. Which doesn't entirely make sense to me, since I've always been resolutely committed to my work, which is my purpose and calling in life.

What this reminds me of, is when I did psychic readings and looked at people's futures. Sometimes their future self would be right there on the timeline, pointing out what was going to happen. At other times, the timeline would disappear into a fog.

I had two interpretations for this image. One was that the person wasn't meant to see what was coming up, they were supposed to stay in the present moment, otherwise they'd try to skip steps to achieve it. The other was that the future was still being written, it was still being designed.

I sense it is the latter for me. I am letting go of expectations and assumptions. Releasing effort, trying hard. It's been several years of a lot of action, of running around giving it away, trying to reach as many people as possible. It feels like things are changing, my focus is narrowing to those who can show up and have the information.  It feels like a return to creativity as well. I've had a couple books that have been waiting years to come out; perhaps 2017 is a time they will be birthed!

So what is dying for you? What is going away?

Collectively, I think we've moved to a new level of Consciousness, so anything of a denser vibration no longer exists in this new reality.

We can use this time to our advantage, to actively release that which we may perceive as dragging or holding us back. Perhaps you've been struggling with something for a long time. You can leave it in 2016, and let 2017 be a different Universe for you.

You don't have to know the solution, or the answer. You just have to step into the space where it exists.

You may find that you haven't lost anything at all (anything of significance is always stored in Consciousness) and instead gain a whole new world!

Don't Give Up The Ship

Don't Give Up The Ship ©2016 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

When weather permits, I take daily walks for inspiration and to regain my connection as Consciousness. There's a house on my route that has a flag hanging off it that says, "Don't Give Up The Ship."

I think about it's message. Don't give up. Don't jump ship. Don't give up the ship.

The ship, to me, is the body you have manifested in which to experience physical reality. We hit times that seem insurmountable, so incredibly painful that we can't go on.

Yet if we do hang on, these times will pass. Life will get better.

Even if we can't imagine how, or can't know when.

As Consciousness, life is something to enjoy. We create being here for the fun of it, for the joy of it. To savor the sun on our face, the taste of chocolate, we love this world.

As Consciousness we are always aware of the bigger picture. We know this lifetime passes in the blink of an eye. We know we are always connected.

Those time that we hit a 'point of no return' in the physical, what is really happening is a dream is dying, an expectation of what it is supposed to be like, an aspect of our personality, our identity that we are attached to. Those things are dying, those limitations are breaking open and something bigger is coming in.

When I was sixteen, I was hospitalized for depression. I was there for three months and they released me with a bottle of antidepressants. I took the bus to my old high school and got a 'dear Joan' letter. I went to the McDonald's next door and downed them all.

I was in so much pain I couldn't think of anything else to do.

I was in a coma for three days. While I don't remember having an out of body experience, I woke up exhilarated. (My mother thought it was from taking all those antidepressants).

So many things have unfolded in the years since then. So much love and many life experiences that wouldn't have happened if I'd jumped ship.

Don't give up the ship to depression or despair. The part of you that can't see beyond the present circumstances is not the one who should be captaining the vessel. Let yourself as Consciousness do the steering.

It is as simple as shifting awareness to above the cloud cover.

However, it may take help to get there. These are tough times and you don't need to get through it by yourself. Don't be alone with your thinking. Be out among people who care and understand. Binge watch comedies.

For myself, on my daily walks I step through doors to parallel universes. I shift my reality to one where things are unfolding in my favor. To where everyone lives happily ever after.

When we navigate as Consciousness, we realize this is a benevolent Universe.

If we all try this, we can create massive change in our lives. Play with this and watch your collective reality transform!

Bizarro World

Bizarro World ©2016 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

It has been a strange week. In the US, we had a surprise outcome to the election (although I feel the surprises aren't done, keep reading for more). Tuesday evening, while the votes were still being tallied, someone emailed me that they were losing their shit. "Where's my Parallel Universe now?"

Well, the Parallel Universe I'm in feels pretty bizarre.
Electoral College 1824 by MB298

Here's what I know:
When we begin to live life as Consciousness, weird and inexplicable things start to happen.
As Consciousness, there is no good nor bad. It's all about experiences.
If you are experiencing negativity or limitation, that is your "player self" (I also call it body /personality).
If you are experiencing infinite possibilities, that it is a benevolent Universe, that's yourself as Consciousness.

Our "player self" is resistant, rebellious, wants to change, fix or control things. And it can't, so it feels powerless.

Consciousness is neutral or amused. Consciousness is also playful and curious.

You can create change in this reality *if* you are playful and amused and curious about the outcome. If you are trying hard, using a lot of effort, setting really specific intentions, you may build something that becomes real, but there will be loopholes or something wrong.

Here's what I'm intuiting:
That there's a lot that can change between now (November) and the inauguration (January 20th). We aren't on a predictable path.

As Consciousness increases, it exposes the darkness, so it seems like there's more of it, but it is in the process of disintegrating.

It's no use directly fighting (or resisting) the darkness. That's just shadow boxing. What dissipates the darkness is more light.

Now, Consciousness is continually in motion, and plot changes can happen at any moment.

This morning I was wondering what was going to unfold in the next few months, and I came across a video on the Electoral College, which is the group that actually elects the president. They don't vote until December. 19th. I posted on Facebook yesterday morning that maybe this is why we feel something is "off" and it hasn't happened yet.

Two hours later there's a petition going around to make the Electoral College vote differently.

As I type this, it occurs to me that other things could arise to make this happen. The elected candidate is embroiled in lawsuits. More things could arise to change the outcome.

I remember years ago when someone was re-elected, I thought 'it has to get worse before it gets better'. And it did. But that pendulum-swinging is an old paradigm cause-and-effect. We've shifted into the quantum world of randomness.

Just because we've had 8 years of progress doesn't mean we need to swing back to balance. Anything is possible.

This is happening globally as well. Britain voted for Brexit, with a lot of loud regret after it happened. Their PM resigned and a new one stepped up to accelerate the process. A lawsuit called for it to require a vote by Parliament. So now it may unfold differently.

Here's what you can do:
Take your focus off the drama, doom and gloom. Bring your attention back into yourself, into your Self as Consciousness.
Shift your awareness to one of curiosity and amusement, like you are viewing this as a reality show (which it is).
If you want to set intentions, do it with open ended statements. "Everything is unfolding in my favor." "The Truth is coming to light." "Everyone in my hologram is living happily every after." (this allows for outcomes beyond your limited imagination).
Then release it, go forward with your day, notice what is different (subtle changes validate that you've made the shift as Consciousness and keeps you unfolding in the new direction.

Wouldn't it be fun if everyone did this?

I'm curious to see what happens.

Portals into Parallel Universes

Portals into Parallel Universes ©2015 Joan M. Newcomb

No matter how entrenched in our current reality we may feel to be, at any moment we can change our experience. We created being where we are from our thoughts, feelings, perceptions, expectations and assumptions.

In the old paradigm, it would take years of therapy to make these changes. In the new, you can make real and lasting change easily and effortlessly.

As I wrote the sentence above, I flashed on ancient Egyptians building pyramids. They carved the stone blocks by hand. They used a massive amount of manpower (and ropes and logs) to haul them into place. It took twenty years to build one.

That same construction would happen in months using modern tools and techniques.

Old energy techniques are as antiquated as chisels and hammers.  You can still use them, but there are faster ways.

Now, most of us want to do things quickly because we are running from pain. We want to avoid discomfort. But trying to use Consciousness techniques in reaction to fear and other strong emotions, we actually stay in the same reality they occurred in.

Consciousness Techniques work when done with a playful attitude. You may have intentions, but be open minded and curious. The results will be unexpected and bigger than you imagine.

As Consciousness we exist not only within our current body/personality, but also outside it and concurrently in parallel universes.  Every time you made a decision in your past, a parallel self split off and went in another direction. You made no mistakes, a part of you did choose that other school, left (or got into) that other relationship, was hired for (or quit) that other job.

You can shift your present experience by stepping into a parallel universe. It doesn't mean that you're suddenly in Paris or can speak French. But you'll feel different, and walk into different results.

Parallel universes are like lanes on the freeway. You can stay on your present route, but there may be traffic, or a breakdown ahead. Stepping to one side or the other, you're moved into the fast lane, or chosen the scenic route.

You can do this literally by stepping to one side, or to another. You can also do this by stepping forward through portals. It may feel like you're imagining things, but you will feel a subtle change when you do this.

Say you're on the way to a job interview, you can step into the parallel universe where you're already getting the job. This works for dating, too.

Do this lightheartedly, with no preconceived expectations. You may not get the job you interview for, but an email comes in right afterwards offering something better!

Play with this for the next 7 days and see what happens!

"What Ifs" And Parallel Lives

"What Ifs" And Parallel Lives ©2015 Joan M. Newcomb

Reading about the Canadian Prime Minister this morning; I was a teenager in Ottawa when his dad was Prime Minister. It made me think - what if I'd stayed in Ottawa? Gone to a Canadian University? What would life be like now?

Our histories are filled with 'what ifs'.  On our road trip through life we have many options. A turn down that road yields a dead end. A turn down another opens a vista of opportunities. When we're focused in our present circumstances we may not feel like we know what's up ahead. We may assume the choices we're currently making are going to take us some place completely different than where we actually end up.

A comforting thing to realize is that all realities exist simultaneously, so there are no mistakes. When you decided to do something, go somewhere, a parallel self split off into the opposite direction. There's an entirely different parallel life being lifed with different outcomes and different experiences.

So you did and didn't choose that job or spouse or school or...
Your body can't comprehend this because it lives in singular and linear time. As Consciousness, though, you can both sense the other other existences *and* access their information.

It's like Googling information on the Cosmic Internet, but you're actually requesting it from another aspect of yourself. You can request a download of information. Don't try to understand this because your mind will block it.

You are the Cosmic Gamer running multiple games, multiple programs even, at once.

It's great to know that you've as many lives out in front of you, unlimited choices, each taking you down a different trajectory.  And you can course correct at any moment. You can always change your mind.

You can change your mind about how you are feeling or experiencing your current reality, and you can also change your circumstances in subtle yet profound ways.

For instance, I ended up on the couch one night with a hacking chest cold. It was so interesting, because I was simultaneously having this experience as Consciousness, which felt wonderful, along with not being able to lie down without coughing. Normally I have been thinking how this sucked, how I wished I could sleep, when will this be over. But this enormous clarity and high vibration of Consciousness was coursing through me, and coughing on the couch didn't bother me at all. It was gone by early morning.  That didn't require me changing my mind but simply going with the flow of Consciousness. Leaning into the expansiveness rather than resisting the discomfort.

The other day I was with a person whose behavior suddenly turned ugly. It surprised me; I hadn't seen this side of them in many years. I sat with them but shifted inside myself, moving in Consciousness from the current reality to one where this person was different. I didn't try to change, fix or manipulate them. I didn't even talk to them or address the ugly behavious. At some point, reality changed and so did they.

Reality changes but the scenery looks the same. You shift from side to side but you won't teleport to Hawaii. But you may get a job offer in Hilo, or win a trip to Kauai. You won't instantaneously lose 50lbs. But you may find yourself effortlessly making different food choices and joining a gym.

Whatever you want to do, be, or have, there's a parallel self already doing, being, or having. Step into that timeline and completely transform your life!

Play with these ideas (Consciousness techniques work better when approached playfully), make them your own, and see what happens!

It Works When You Work It

It Works When You Work It ©2014 Joan M. Newcomb

It pretty much doesn't matter what it is, from a diet to meditation, it won't work unless you're working it.

You can be an intellectual expert on a topic, but understanding something is entirely different than putting something into action.

It doesn't mean that accomplishing a desired goal is easy.  It's not necessarily 'just do it', but sometimes it's 'do it anyway'.  It can be hard.  It can be uncomfortable.  It can be awkward.

You probably won't feel like it, even if it's good for you (or especially if it's good for you).

You won't get good at it unless you start.

It's the same with law of attraction, healing work, and energy techniques.  Consistency, focus, and practice makes them real.

Simple is usually the most effective.  Do the first indicated thing.  Take the first step, and keep going.

Often we get defeated before we even start.  We look at the end point and get frozen with perfectionism.

Your house won't get decluttered that way.  Set a timer for 15 minutes and start somewhere, anywhere.  Play music.  Listen to a recording.

It takes 90 days to initiate a good habit, or divert a bad one.  It takes time to shift energy, too.  Every day you get a chance to more towards what you want to create.

Baby steps or "micro" habits are effective, too.  Floss one tooth a day.  Do one pushup.  Meditate for 60 seconds.  Drink black tea instead of coffee with milk.

Energy techniques are a great way to manifest change, without having to know how to actually achieve your desired outcome.  Every morning, imaging popping a dozen bubbles that represent whatever is keeping you from doing or having what you want.

Every day step through doors of parallel universes, to a more desired reality.

Keep it small, keep it consistent, one moment at a time, one day at a time.  Work it, and you will see it works!

Parallel Universes part deux

(c)2010 Joan Newcomb

In Jean Huston's book, 'The Possible Human', she tells about a time when she knew she would die.  It was a pervasive feeling, going on for several months.  Then one evening she and her father were on the way to a dinner where she was to speak, and narrowly missed being in the middle of a multi-car pileup on the freeway.  For the rest of the evening, and through the next day, she felt like a parallel self had actually been in the accident.  She could feel the sensations from the other experience.

Every time we turn left instead of right, decide to do one thing but not the other, a parallel self splits off in the other direction.  If you can imagine how many millions, even billions of times you've done that in your life, that's how many parallel universes there are behind you.  And there are that many, even more, ahead of you.  And that's just in this dimension.

What's comforting (and exciting) about this is that there are no mistakes.  You did stay in San Franscisco instead of moving to Seattle in 1981.  You pursued your dream of becoming an actress instead of giving it up.  You didn't turn down that proposal of marriage (to a future founder of Microsoft).  You kept the child you gave up for adoption.  You had different parents.  You had different siblings.  There are infinite possibilities out there and an aspect of you is living every one.

I use Parallel Universes in different ways in my Matrix Energetics practice.  I 'two point' a parallel universe to 'download' an experience that would be useful in present time.  For instance, in healing a cat I 'two-pointed' a parallel universe where cats live to be 110.  It helped the feline live to be 20 (what is that, in cat years?).  Someone had an abusive childhood, we two-point to a parallel universe where it didn't happen.  It doesn't invalidate the experience they had in this current reality, but it helps them not continue to be scarred by it.

I also invented a Parallel Universe technique for getting unstuck.  Imagine in front of you there are numerous doors, all leading to different parallel universes.  Use your hand to feel them and notice which one feels stuck or dark - it's usually the one right in front of you, indicating the direction you're currently going.  Feel around for a door that opens easily, feels light or bright.  Step through it, and you've changed your reality.

I came up with this at a Matrix seminar that I'd been working at.  It was the end of an intense weekend and I was checking out of the hotel.  I was going to have to contest a charge on my bill, and in the space I was in, there was no way they were going to take it off.  I realized that there was a parallel universe where the outcome was different, so I began, as unobtrusively as I could, to step in different places.  The first place didn't feel right, nor did the second, but when I stepped to the side, a new hotel employee came out from the back and immediately called me over.  It turned out to be the front desk manager, who was the one person empowered to reverse the charges!

This technique reminds me of changing lanes on the freeway.  If you stay in one lane the entire trip, you may get bogged down in traffic.  A simple lane change or two gets you there faster (and more stress-free)!

A way I use parallel universes now, in order to shift the state I'm in, is to imagine I'm walking through a series of doors.  Think of the beginning of the old TV show 'Get Smart'.  I've done this when I'm working at East West.  It's about a two-hour commute from where I live, by ferry and I-5, and some days after fighting traffic, I really need to shift my state.  After parking my car, I imagine doors opening and closing as I walk towards the bookshop, and by the time I go in, things have completely changed!  (I will also do this while driving, imagining that I'm driving through the doors, and it can change the traffic as well).

The series of doors is helpful when you need to make incremental shifts to get to where you want to be.

Even though I have a vague intention for things to shift, I don't try to get more specific than that.  Otherwise you're trying to control, manipulate or fix your reality, which creates effort and stops things from happening.  Just noticing which door is brighter or moves more easily, or just imaging a series of doors opening and closing, leaves room for infinite possibilities to occur.

It also doesn't work to imagine doors opening and closing for someone else (or to someone else).  I mention this to all the clients who want me to help improve or change their spouses or children!  However, *you* changing yourself has a ripple effect into your life, and others can transform simply because your energy has changed.

As we're going into the holidays, you may find these techniques useful to play with.  You can shift your visit with your relatives by stepping into a parallel universe where everyone likes eachother.  Or you may find, by shifting your state, the key people who irritate you don't show up for the family events!  If you worry you'll be experiencing a less-than-abundant Christmas, step through a series of doors towards a different reality.

Try any or all of these techniques over the next week and see what happens!

Consciousness & The Matrix

(c) 2010 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

I've been having an interesting experience this week with both Consciousness and also the Matrix.

I like to do Robert Scheinfeld's "The Process" which is a way of breaking through the limitations and illusions we believe are reality.  In it, you affirm that you are Consciousness, creating this down to the smallest detail.

I've been walking my dogs in the mornings and playing connecting with Consciousness.  It different than being Conscious - I've been operating with a high awareness of Consciousness for most of my adult life.  I've always seen myself as Consciousness manifesting through form, rather than a body/personality with a Higher Self.  The way I'm playing with Consciousness now takes all this to a higher, yet deeper and more intimate level.

Initially I've been just talking with Consciousness, enjoying the connection with Energy and the shift in my perspective when I do so.  It lifts me to an expanded and clearer space.  Today as I communicated, I remember how I'd always talk to the Universe while driving my car.  And the difference with that, and now, is that the Universe was something outside of myself.  And Consciousness *is* mySelf.

It's hard to put into words, it's really something to feel.  And you can start to get there simply by shifting your viewpoint.  If that seems too difficult to do, You can ask for help from Consciousness in doing this, since it's You creating all of this anyway.  Which brings me to the Matrix.

So this reality is a wonderful Holographic illusion, and it's a matrix of bazillions of possibilities, which you can see as parallel universes, parallel dimensions, parallel selves and more.  It's beyond our comprehension as linear humans, but it wonderful to contemplate and appreciate as Consciousness.  How infinitely creative we are as Consciousness.  And this gets complicated to explain in terms of singular and plural.  You *are* Consciousness.  We *are* Consciousness.  Everything you see in your reality, You created, even other people ('Other Aspects of Myself').  When you can connect to Consciousness, you can feel the spark of awareness and recognition in everything, not just people but plants and even inanimate objects.

When you have a glimmer of comprehension of The Matrix or The Hologram, you can suddenly see the infinite possibilities that are there.  You can no longer be stuck, because there are too many options, too many doors and windows into other parallel realities.  It's like being on a superhighway with many, many, lanes to change into.

In my storyline, this illusion is becoming more and more evident.  That is, it's becoming more and more evident that this is an illusion.  Things that seems solid and real are collapsing, falling apart, or just randomly changing.  It's very destabilizing.  And yet, from Consciousness, it's very fun and exciting, too.

I invite you this week to practice connecting with Consciousness and practice viewing your life *as* Consciouness.  It'll help make all the instability of the storyline much easier to navigate.

Try this for a week and see what happens!

Out with the old, in with the new!

(c) 2009 Joan M. Newcomb

Today's a powerful day (in the illusion of things).  It's December 31st, the last day of the year.  It's also a Full Moon.  It's the 2nd Full Moon of the month, so a 'blue moon'.  And it's also a lunar eclipse! (If you're in Johannesburg or New Delhi, you're enjoying the view at the time I'm typing this).

I'm enjoying believing in astrology, so what I've picked up about Full Moon eclipses is that they pack the punch of 3x a regular Full Moon (and come only twice a year).  It indicates something in your life is coming to fullness or culmination.  Sometimes surprising or sudden changes happen on an eclipse.  Sometimes they happen a month to the date after (or before) the eclipse.  And they have a reverberative effect for the next 6 months.

Two weeks from now they'll be another eclipse, a New Moon solar one, that will indicate new beginnings.  So it's all good!

If you'd like to know more, I have some favorite websites where I get my information:
Susan Miller's Astrologyzone: http://astrologyzone.com which gives monthly predictions ("be sure to read your rising sign, too")
Astrodienst, from Zurich: http://astro.com which gives you detailed information based on your birth data.
The Cosmic Path, http://www.thecosmicpath.com/ which gives weekly & monthly predictions.

(That is, if you choose to believe in such things. You can decide on the Universe you choose to exist in; you could be in a parallel Universe where such things don't exist!)

Regardless, it's a good time to consider letting go of the past and moving forward into new creations.

Something I normally do at New Years is play the Transformation Game http://innerlinks.com either solo or, now that I'm married, with my husband.  It's a great way to focus for the coming year!

Energetically, it's important to release the past in order to have the space for new creations to happen.  Physically it's helpful, too.  There was this elderly woman who lives in a 4 bedroom house but never threw anything away.  She had a path from the back door to the kitchen, bathroom and her bedroom, but everything else was piled high with stuff of the past 50 years!  Your energetic space can look like that, too, if you don't cleanse and let go.

I'm not going to go into decluttering your  home, there are many other resources for that (http://flylady.com is a favorite of mine). There are lots of ways to energetically clear your space as well.

Ho'Oponopono http://www.hooponoponohelp.com/ is a pretty effective way to cleanse not only your inner space but patterns in the morphic field as well.

Robert Scheinfeld's Busting Loose model http://bustingloosefromthemoneygame.com does the same thing, different words, different language, ultimately clears your morphic field.

Releasing the old isn't like erasing memories, it's more putting them in the proper place (in the back of your aura).  It's de-energizing the emotion from those experiences so you're not wading around mired in past resentments, viewing the world through ancient "photographic slides" of your life.  What's great about the above two techniques is that you don't have to consciously know what you're clearing (it helps not to intellectualize).

Another simple technique is grounding, or what William Bloom calls "earthing".  Imagine an energy connection going from your lower abdomin (first/root chakra) to the center of the Earth.  Imagine it like one of those trash chutes chutes in old buildings that used to go down to the incinerator.   You can release imaginary trash bags filled with whatever you'd like to dump, down to the Earth's molten core.  Whatever you've release gets instantly transformed and recycled into beneficial energy for the planet.

You are 'lightening' your vibratory space, expanding and raising your awareness, and allowing in new and wonderful creations.  This is often the missing piece of the Law of Attraction, being energetically receptive to what you're attracting.

What happens when you do any (or all) of the techniques over time is that your life transforms.  In fun and magical ways.  Don't just do it on New Years, do it every day and any time it occurs to you (or you feel motivated to).  You can let go of the past and welcome new creations, regardless of the phase of the moon!!

So, try these (or make up your own) every day for the next week and see what happens.  And email me the results!  joan@joannewcomb.com

Perfect Timing

Perfect Timing ©2017 Joan M.

Foundations

©2008 Joan M. Newcomb

I'm noticing that whatever people felt were their anchor point has become unstable nowadays. There have been many times in my life where either everything collapsed to my foundation, or my foundation was decimated entirely.

People who have sought security in money, jobs and investments are finding things evaporating before their eyes. Those who have counted on relationships are finding their loved ones morphing into completely different characters. Things we've believed are solid and real are turning out not to be, thus shaking our belief systems to their core.

In reality, this has been going on our entire lives, but usually with just one thing at a time. And we usually have a year or two or three to get over it before the next challenge comes. Now it seems all is being called into question at once, and it seems to be happening with everyone, magnifying the experience for all.

It's all happening because we're coming to a new level of awareness. It's an increased inner responsibility and a connection with a God-Self within. We're growing up. We're becoming Conscious. It'll be wonderful once we get there, but how do we manage the discomfort as the old illusions fall away?

A technique that I've relied on for half my life has been grounding. I create/imagine an energy connection from my first chakra/lower abdomen down to the center of the earth. It acts as both an anchor or stabilizer, and also an energy release. When I'm grounded, it usually feels like gravity has increased. I'm less knocked over by whatever is going on around me. My body feels safer when grounded. And, by imagining it like a trash chute, I can release negative energy out of my space and down to the center of the earth to be recycled.

I still believe that this can be an effective technique for many people. However, my hologram is changing, my realm of energy work is expanding, and so my technique of grounding needs upgrading as well.

When I first started working with Matrix Energetics, I discovered that I needed 'multidimensional' grounding. I was engaging in Parallel Universes and parallel dimensions, so all my parallel selves required grounding as well! Back then I didn't question where I was grounding to, I just did it.

I asked Mark Dunn about grounding and he said he doesn't ground to the center of the earth any more because 'the earth is dying'. I don't think that's true, but I do think that energy is being withdrawn from the hologram, so it feels that way to most. I think there will always be a playground Earth but it will feel different.

What started happening for me this summer is whenever I grounded, not just my body but my environment, I'd experience the 'Matrix wave' instead. The center of the earth disappeared and it seemed like there was nothing below but outer space. Oops! Maybe we really are in a giant holodeck on the Enterprise after all!

Mark teaches 'dropping down', moving from your head to your heart, but it also involves dropping into your solar plexus and your lower abdomen. It's kind of like grounding into your first chakra rather than grounding from it. Dropping down happened automatically with me when I grounded to the center of the earth. The grounding into my first chakra is taking conscious practice, however.

A visual image that came to me as I was considering how to conclude this article was swimming in a strong current (which we all are doing at this moment). Trying to have your feet on the ground isn't possible (or necessarily productive). However if you stay centered and focused within yourself, you'll maintain the presence of mind to navigate your way through the flow.

Which all comes down to bringing your energy and focus back inside. Your foundation isn't in money, job, relationships or an external God. It's in You. Try connecting to your inner You (or U, for Universe, I like to say) and see how that helps you in the coming days and months.

No time or space

©2008 Joan M. Newcomb

There is no time or space as Spirit/Source/Expanded self. Our body experiences things linearly (i.e. along a time line) and spatially (i.e. that it is here and other things are there). But we are more than our body.

Only about 20% of us energetically inhabits our physical form. Our Expanded Self is the other 80%, and it experiences everything at once - the Unity of All.

All of our past lives, all of our future lives, and all of our parallel lives are happening simultaneously. That means the Pope's Expanded Self is simultaneously experiencing his present life, his past life as a prostitute in Jerusalem, and a future life as the atheist president of Planned Parenthood. As a radical example.

Sometimes we get a glimpse of what this is like through the experience of Deja Vu. Some years ago I was at McDonalds with my youngest son and saw my reflection in the mirrored wall tile. It was a few years after my divorce, the stress of which had caused me to lose about 25 pounds, and I had recently started coloring my hair. I instantly felt the sensation of Deja Vu, and could hear the younger version of myself saying - 'Oh my god, I'm divorced! I'm thin! and I'm **blond**!!!'.

(FYI - the blond phase only lasted a year; I'm at my more natural shade of red nowadays)!

Recently I had what could be described as a reverse Deja Vu. I had the sense of an older version of myself remembering me as I am now.

Whenever I feel stuck, a comforting technique is to reach out as Spirit/Source/Expanded Self to a future version of me. The Me that has already lived through this experience. Even if I can't comprehend how I got unstuck, energetically I absorb the information, and it helps me navigate through whatever I'm dealing with.

Then there are parallel Selves. In May I was unable to attend a workshop that I *really* wanted to go to, so I sent a Parallel Self. A couple weeks later someone mentioned that they thought they saw me there! Earlier this month I had the opportunity to attend the advanced level of the workshop and I 'got' what was being taught! Even though I didn't intellectually understand, intuitively I knew and could follow along.

Another way of using Parallel Selves is to reach for information or experiences that you feel are missing in your present experience. The Self that actually completed that degree, or the Self that had nurturing rather than abusive parents. It can shift your reality in ways that are both subtle and profound!

I've done energy sessions retroactively with amazing results, and have heard of practitioners who have had parallel selves do sessions that they were too busy to schedule with equal success.

This may be too much to comprehend with your rational mind, so I invite you to playfully experiment with the suggestions offered above. See what happens, and let me know!

No limits, no restrictions

©2008 Joan M Newcomb

My focus recently has been creating a 13 week experience called Journey To The Infinite. It's based on a new "Busting Loose" product by Robert Scheinfeld, about living life with no limits, no restrictions. At first I was going to play it safe and only offer it to a few people who I knew would be on the same 'wavelength'.

In talking with someone in New Mexico offering similar experiences ("Busting Loose From The Money Game" and "Busting Loose From The Emotions Game) it became apparent that I was being way too limited in my thinking!

So I emailed *everyone* on my local lists about it. And then I put up posters in town. Which is a lot more publicity than I do for my classes!

I also decided that people can bring anyone they like to sit in on the groups for one evening or more - no expectations to begin at the beginning and go through to the end! Even though the series does build, I feel that whoever comes at any stage of the sessions will get exactly what they need to hear.

It's started me looking at how limited and restricted I've been in other parts of my life. I've been living 'under the radar' or 'playing it small' most of the time. Partly because I'm psychic, so naturally sensitive to energies. Partly because my dad was a spy - growing up, we were his 'cover', and it was dangerous to do anything to call attention to ourselves. As an adult, you couldn't excel at something without being attacked in some way. This influenced my relationship with God/Universe/Source/Higher Power feeling that it was not something to trust or rely on and definitely did not have my best interests at heart!

I've called this my 'Plexiglass wall' - the invisible barrier to playing a bigger part in the world.

In "Journey To The Infinite" terms, this is a marvelous creation by an Infinite Being to convince It that It's the opposite of Itself. It's an opportunity to reclaim power from the illusion of an unsafe world and an unsupportive God.

As I've been stepping out from behind the Plexiglass Wall, all sorts of surprises have been happening. An unexpected number of people showing up at meetings, "chance" encounters and serendipitous situations have begun happening.

Scheinfeld calls these "cookies" that the Universe gives you as encouragement, validation that you're breaking through the cloud cover and getting closer to the sunlight of Source.

What are your limits and restrictions that make up your Plexiglass Wall? What would it be like if it wasn't there? How would you feel? Who would you be without it?

Imagine! And little, by little, it will be so!
