Off Kilter Wonkieness Is Reality Reorganizing

Off Kilter Wonkiness Is Reality Reorganizing ©2019 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

It’s been a wonky week. The energy feels off kilter. I can’t put it down to Mercury Retrograde (although there’s definitely been some of that - communications and electronics mishaps).

But this reminds me of two years ago, at the time of the Brexit vote and then the U.S. election, where many of us felt sideswiped by the results. Back then it felt like being shoved into an alternate universe.

This feels reality is reorganizing. The pendulum swinging back into balance (I hope not before swinging to another extreme). It’s like the part of the movie where things start to get resolved.

In some ways it’s been annoying. Like knowing the end of the movie but not knowing *how* the story gets there.

And also knowing that we’re not done yet with wild, unpredictable, out of the blue, plot twists and turns.

To me, it’s all been an affirmation that we’re living in a hologram. Things that can’t possibly happen have been happening. It’s kind of like the Saturday Night Live writers have taken over the Cosmic screen play and they’re competing with each other for best skit. You think that today’s news cycle was outrageous? Hold my beer, the next comic says.

We can have a variety of reactions to what’s happening. We can hunker down and let things unfold. That can feel like reality is happening to us, but even no action is a chosen action.

We can resist and fight what’s happening. Try to make people listen to us. Make the government change their minds. Throw money at the problem. Move to another country.

That’s like wrestling with the scenery on a movie set. Shouting over other people’s lines. Or storming out of the room, as if that will change anything.

We can also engage and listen. Call, and write, and vote.

And those of us who dance to a different drum, who heed a higher calling, who may be feeling the wonkiness more than most, what can we do? Change our inner state, change our minds, shift our energy, step into a parallel universe where it’s all unfolding in our favor, where it’s a benevolent Universe, where it’s all unfolding in everyone’s favor.

Responding as Consciousness, you can be amused at the storyline. You can appreciate wonkiness. You can recognize that everything is validation that this is a hologram created by Consciousness. That everything is a story within the hologram (even this explanation is a story within the hologram).

The time is ripe to make this shift. And all it takes is a change of viewpoint. See yourself as greater Consciousness embodying into form. You love your body and your personality, it’s Your creation as a vehicle in this world, and a way to fully feel and engage in this world. Others are also Consciousness in form, other aspects of yourself, other players in this online game.

Yet reality is malleable, and others show up in your storyline but do not influence it without you creating it as part of your own plot. (And you show up in theirs the same way).

Playing in this way and at this level is effortless, fun, and enjoyable.

You inherently know all is very, very well.

Reality, Insanity, and Truth

Reality, Insanity and Truth ©2018 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

Maybe this blog post should be entitled arguing with reality. The news this week was insane. Stories of breastfeeding babies being torn away from their immigrant mothers, thousands of children being held in dog pens in warehouses; I hit bottom.

I’ve struggled to observe it all from neutral. From the perspective of greater Consciousness, what is really going on? Everyone at their essence is infinite and immensely powerful. There is greater Light coming into the world, it is illuminating the darkness, but it also means the darkness is going away.

Yeah, fuck that shit. It was already pretty bad but now toddlers and infants, that’s over the line.

What’s in the process of disintegrating is all the old power structures, and all the old attitudes that limit or define anyone as more than or less than. We’re all Consciousness, we’re all omnipotent.

And those who cling to those old ways of being are experiencing the most discomfort, because their reality is dissipating. They’re the ones freaking out and going insane.

Where’s the last bastion of this paradigm? Washington, DC, my home town. So what we’re seeing are extreme behaviors, extreme actions, being taken to maintain the illusion of power. And it seems so destructive, because it is. It’s reflecting the distruction they’re feeling within.

You know, I don’t really care what the higher reasons are. I just want it to stop NOW.

This world is a marvelously complex creation of Consciousness, with an endless supply of storylines. We are all Consciousness, we are all God Within. Other people are other aspects of Consciousness. People aren’t our reflections, they're real people not just mirrors or Westworld characters. But what we see or feel is usually in ourselves. If there wasn't a matching resonance, we wouldn't notice it or they wouldn't be there.

So even uncomfortable situations we've attracted, or we observe, are an indicator of what is shifting or changing within us.

SO WHAT’S GOING ON INSIDE? Everything within me that reacts to things that are unjust, that wants to fight against white male dominance, has also been disempowering myself. Where I have been restricting my own freedom?

The old paradigm was that dominance was power, and yet it's energetically weak. Power outside is the least powerful. Trying to control or change other people, whether it's trying to keep them out of the country or economically or educationally challenged, is the actions of those who don't feel strong themselves. And yet, trying to fight them, to control or change them, puts us into a weak position, it's using the same energy to create a different outcome.

Operating at a higher level of Consciousness, the rules are different. You can’t manifest by manipulating the hologram. You can only change by shifting from within, shifting yourself.

So how do we stop this insanity? Because if I withdraw (ever fiber of my being wants to go back to being a mystic in the woods), if I turn of Twitter (my source of on-the-ground news, and hence my window into the madness in the world), am I not being in denial? Am I turning a blind eye to people who need help?

I CAN’T DRIVE TO TEXAS AND THROW THEM IN A MINI VAN. And I don't speak Spanish, so I can't go up to SeaTac and help the parents (that have been brought to Washington State for some bizarre reason).

I can participate in a General Strike, as an introvert I don't go on marches and gave up on phone calls but I can protest with my wallet.

But really, as a Mystic, I can shift the energy within, I can collapse the internal power structures, I can step into a parallel universe where this is unfolding differently. I can two-point to where the outcome is already different.

When I relax, step back from the story, I can see and feel the Truth. I'm in agreement with what is (okay, I'm getting there).

I invite everyone to do this for themselves. Because if we collectively reclaim our power, this can instantly change.

I'm excited to see what happens!

(If you're new to my work and want to know how to do these things, read more of my blog and go to my website for coaching on Consciousness Techniques).

Are You Experiencing Reality As A Stick Figure?

Are You Experiencing Reality As A Stick Figure? ©2018 Joan Newcomb

How are you experiencing reality? Does it feel very extreme, very black-and-white, intense drama, reactivity? Or do you have breathing space, clarity, balance, choice?

On a walk this week I mused about reality and manifestation.  When I'm aligned and connected, my surroundings come into sharp focus.  Greens seem greener, trees are more defined.  I get the sense of walking through this physical reality and it's more profoundly 'real' but on a multi-dimensional level.

There's a belief that this reality is a full-immersion video game, that we're walking around in these meat suits, but we're making it all up.  It goes so far as to imply that others in our reality aren't real, we created them to be there.
Are you experiencing your reality as a stick figure?

As an empath, I had difficulty with this, because I can feel other people's feelings, even if they're 3,000 miles away.  They are sharing their emotional reality with me, and I know it's not mine.

Even though I have a higher awareness, I can easily feel entangled in intensity and drama, extreme emotions, if I'm experiencing other's reality. If I resist it, I get more stuck in it. If I can detach, I can feel compassion for their challenges, and send healing.

But the 'I create my own reality, and nothing is real, including other people' didn't work for me, at least in the cartoonish way it was presented.

It also says that there is no free will, we're all going along predetermined scripts, so stop trying to change, fix, or control things.  This didn't quite feel true to me, either.

Technology has advanced in the years since I first heard this idea, and we now have on-line gaming and Wii.

And while I've been musing, two videos came to my attention.  The first one was Bill Nye ("The Science Guy") talking about creationism vs. evolution.  Creationism can be very black and white, very limiting.  God created everything, God put us here, full stop.

It's a one dimensional explanation for a multi-dimensional world.

The second video was Neil deGrasse Tyson saying the most astounding fact is that our molecules and atoms are made up of the same elements from the beginning of the Universe.

As I listened to the second video, which really described evolution from the initial creation of the Universe, I realized that it was taking Creationism's stick figure explanation and giving it width and depth and length.

Sometimes Science, however, leaves out the aspect of Consciousness, which gives their theories color and tone.

When we were collectively operating from a lower level of awareness, we could only understand things from a stick-figure perspective.  What was written in ancient texts was complex ideas put  forth in a simplistic fashion, much like how you would talk to a child about college level subjects.

'I created my reality, nothing is real, including other people, there is no free will, it's all pre-scripted' is too simplistic as well.

Reality is a complex creation of Consciousness, a game with infinite levels of possibilities.  You can play it any way you want.  There is free will, just like a Gamer has choices of taking different actions and it changes the outcome of their playing session.  There are other Gamers in the equation, which makes the whole experience much more interesting.

It's not just you in your own studio composing on a synthesizer, but an orchestra of musicians each contributing their piece.

And yet, on a higher level, it is.  As Consciousness, you've put forth the elements, but you've also created individuals to run around and bang their own symbols.  You are both Consciousness and the symbol-banger.  You are both the Programmer and the Gamer.

However, in your 'meat-suit', there's only so much you can comprehend.  The more immersed you are in the denseness of physical reality, the less you can be attuned to the greater world.

In my early metaphysical training, there was distain for intellectualism.  In many religious belief systems there's an aversion to the Mind.  It's true that the intellect/Mind can distance you from spiritual Truth, but it's the same distortion as *lack* of intelligence saying Creationism is the only reality.

Consciousness in an Intelligence greater than your own brain, greater than your individual mind.  It's the Internet vs. your hard drive.  God is not a jealous or limiting or punishing god.  God is Consciousness.

And it's not all just atoms and molecules and fishes with feet.  The invisible reality beyond that which is measurable, is Consciousness.

Consciousness brings both dichotomies together.  Because Consciousness transcends time and space, so from that perspective you could say there's no evolution, but only because it's all happening at once (no time).

If, while you are walking along a street, you could shift your vibration to a lower speed, you could see what occurred on that street in the past.  If you could raise your vibration to a higher speed, you could see what will be happening on that same sidewalk in the future.

Your meat suit can't do that.  Your Consciousness can.

But don't go there (unless you're on your third espresso of the day).  You are Consciousness manifesting in this meat suit for the fun of experiencing this present moment in these parameters of density and effort.  When you die, you'll realize your lifetime only a blink of an eye, that you always are Consciousness.  If you spend all your time going outside yourself to feel Spirit, you'll miss the point of being here.

However, this Reality game is so big, it encompasses every belief and approach.  Just as there is no one True religion, nor definition of God, there's no one right way to live life.

Go ahead an visualize, go ahead and use manifestation techniques.  Or let go of creating your reality and go with the script.  It's all valid.

If you choose to be a fundamentalist, that's the Game you'll experience.  If you choose to be an atheist, that's the reality you'll have.  From the level of Consciousness, there is no good or bad (ethics only exist in the physical realm).

This week, I invite you to play with whatever works for you.  Just being playful can shift you out of extremes and reactivity. Try it for yourself. And see what happens!

What To Do When Reality "ReCodes"

What To Do When Reality "ReCodes" ©2018 Joan M. Newcomb

If you're on Facebook, how do you react when they roll out a new format? You wake up one day and half your timeline is populated by ads or suggested posts and you can't see your friends any more. WTF??

Now imagine that you're playing an online virtual reality game with people all over the world, and the game is being recoded *as you are playing it*. The consternation amongst the players is palatable.

My husband is a devout Tibetan Buddhist, who follows a strict practice that is a thousand years old. It's about as opposite from my interactions with Consciousness as you can get, and it's fascinating when he comments about changes that he's feeling with his meditations that so perfectly describe what I've been noticing in reality.

The other day after his meditations, he said that "it feels like a software upgrade". That it felt like a "recoding" was going on.

And I'm like, yeah, that's exactly what is happening! And we're all perceiving it in different ways.

If you're experiencing the world as your avatar, your character in the game, you're going to feel helpless, angry, powerless to the whims of whatever is going on externally.

If you're experiencing the world as the user, you may still be pretty pissed off with the programmers, but might be figuring out ways to game the system to your advantage.

Now if you've been familiar with metaphysics for a while, you'll consider that you're a programmer of the game, and may be busily upgrading software you've created to meet with the new requirements.

When you realize that you are the designer as well as all the other aspects, programmer, player, avatar, there's no need to do anything. You're in agreement with everything that is happening, since you're also creating everything that is happening.

You can still play at other levels, but it's a lot more fun and you're aware of moving through different experiences as you do so.

I call the designer aspect Consciousness, and we are all Consciousness, creating this reality, experiencing it in our different bodies and personalities.

Even the most unconscious of us, is Consciousness.

For myself, I can tell what level I'm playing on, by how I feel. If I feel frustrated or irritated, I'm struggling at the character level of the game. If I feel like I know it all and am striving to be in control of my reality, I'm still operating from the mind level, and even if I'm able to manifest results, those results will invariably backfire in some way.

When I feel amused, curious, playful and loving, I'm operating as Consciousness. I effortlessly flow through my day in ways that would drive my inner Napoleon crazy. How the heck can you produce results if you're not taking decisive action with specific intentions?

Yet as I navigate as Consciousness, I find that reality reorganizes in ways more perfect that I could imagine.

Even if what seems to be happening in the world is sad or negative, I can see the bigger picture of what is unfolding.

I invite you to play as Consciousness this week and see what happens!

Reality Isn't What You Think

Reality Isn't What You Think ©2018 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

When we go through a Consciousness Shift, it can be pretty disorienting. We're sensing and experiencing things so differently than before. It can feel expansive, joyous, overwhelming.

Our minds kick into high gear trying to figure out what is going on and how to handle it. Our minds want to create some sort of equilibrium, but they only know what they've experience before, so they end up directing us back to our previous state.

When I went to Findhorn the first time, the shift was seismic. I started feeling it when I booked my Experience Week, six months earlier. Now I see that I was welcoming in the greater light of Consciousness.

A couple months before I left for Scotland, I started feeling enveloped in overwhelming love. I also started having premonitions about my time there.  I was concerned I was going to fall in love if I went there. It seemed pretty clichéd, as everyone falls in love when they go to Findhorn.

So of course, I fell in love with one of my focalisers, who subsequently turned out to be gay, which eventually transmuted into a friendship.

What I see now is that I couldn't just receive the enveloping Love of Consciousness (it turns out that the focalisers meditate on their upcoming Experience groups, blessing them with love, and that's what I'd been experiencing). I was viewing it through my mind's preconceived notion that it had to be expressed through an "in-love" relationship.

The second time I felt this same enveloping Love, it was after leaving a dysfunctional relationship. I had about nine months of this extraordinary experience, which then dissipated when I fell "in-love" with someone who checked all the boxes of my mind's expectations (tall and wealthy were two of the boxes), but who was spiritually incompatible. When it ended, it was traumatic, and I plunged into a pool of shame and depression.

The evolving Consciousness Shift I've been experiencing for the last decade has been different. It's called into question everything I believed was solid and real. Whereas my old techniques brought me more into the density of form (I would say that "gravity increased" when I used them), my new experiences shift me into a reality that is expansive and buoyant.

My mind thought this was awfully flakey. It judged me as being "ungrounded".  But when I tried to use my old techniques, they don't work on this level. It's like trying to run MS-DOS on a MacBook Air. Or picking up a landline expecting to send a text message.

All around us you can see minds losing their shit and trying to redirect reality back to what was familiar to them. And when you stop and look at what used to be, it wasn't really all that fun or lovely. It was probably pretty painful.

The rules for operating in this new reality are, in many ways, opposite of the way things were before.
Our minds are going to get us to where ever we want to go.  Even if they're thinking "outside the box", they're still thinking. They're trying to figure it out.

The solution is to be intuitive, and improvisational. Exploring with curiosity. Being present without expectations.

If you'd like to learn more about how to do this, check out my free video series here.

Intersections of Life

Intersections of Life ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb

My evolving awareness is that life is a creation of Consciousness, and we *are* that Consciousness. It's not accurate to say it's an illusion but it's a manifestation of our focus as Consciousness.

I use the term 'hologram' for this world, which isn't entirely accurate but then language cannot begin to describe the process of going from our infinite vastness into the density of form.

I also describe life in this world as a game, because to Consciousness, it is a kind of full immersion 'virtual reality' experience.

There are lots of ways to play this game, and there's no good or bad way to participate. You can dive in, completely unconscious, and feel tossed and turned by it. At this level you experience physical reality at it's most dense. In order to create you have to use a lot of effort and it takes a lot of time.

Another way to play is with some awareness, in the realm of thought and law of attraction. This takes less effort and feels more playful, as you use visualization and repetition (and vision boards and pink balloons) to make your ideas become real.

Yet when you're playing fully as Consciousness all the old rules go out the window. You have no need to try to manifest anything. You know that You are creating all of this as Consciousness, down to the smallest detail. You just show up fully in the present moment and respond to what is.

In fact there's no need to make anything happen in the hologram, because there's an infinite number of holograms with an infinite number of possibilities and outcomes. You just shift yourself to where the reality is unfolding in your favor.

However, even if you choose to play fully as Consciousness, it doesn't mean everything is just ducky.

If ever there was a time I wanted to change, fix, or manipulate the hologram, last month was it. The house we were living in had mold, and I'd been able to ignore it since turning off the furnace in Spring, but knew that come September there'd be problems again.

Life flows forward like cars in traffic and if you don't make conscious choices, eventually you'll feel that you're forced into them. You're not really forced into anything, but if you're driving without your hands on the wheel... or with your eyes closed...

What I observed happening over the previous month was possibilities arising and stepping towards each one. Reality reorganized around that possibility and I had the opportunity to check it out in body. Then it would shift to a different scenario as I became clear about my preferences.

What ultimately unfolded is perfect but completely different than I originally thought I'd wanted. When you play as Consciousness what shows up is beyond what you could possibly imagine and the house we're in now certainly is that.

While writing this blog post, I came across an illustration of the intersections of Seattle by Peter Gorman. When he first moved to Seattle, a friend told him that Seattle's layout is easy to understand. "It's all a grid," she said, "until it's not."

It's a perfect one-dimensional rendering of Seattle's three-dimensional intersections. Life has such intersections, just on a multidimensional level.

This game is infinitely complex. You come to places in your life's journey that are more complicated than mere crossroads. There are multiple possible options. In form you can only experience one option at a time. The good news is that there are no mistakes, as Consciousness you're running and experiencing all the options instantaneously and simultaneously.

Play it any way you feel moved to play it. And, if you choose to play it as Consciousness, it will start unfolding in surprising, sometimes bizarre, and sometimes delightful ways!

If This Is A Simulation, Are Other People Real??

If This Is A Simulation, Are Other People Real??  ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

If this is all a hologram, what about other people? It's one of the first questions that seems to come up, when learning that this reality is a simulation, is  "are other people real?"

A twist on this is, "If this is game, am *I* real?" And, "whose reality am I in?"

I struggled with this when I first grasped this concept that I, as Consciousness, created this for my own amusement. My teacher at the time basically said things like that other people were a creation of my Consciousness, they were another aspect of myself, a reflection of myself.

Now, I'm an empath, and I could feel my relatives who lived 3,000 mile away, and I knew they weren't my feelings and that my relatives weren't me.

And when I was back East helping my parents die, I was creating myself to participate, but they were creating their own realities that I was participating in.

The thing is, even though reality is a simulation, a kind of hologram created by Consciousness, doesn't mean that it's fake. This game is meant to be real, that's why it's called Physical Reality. It's meant to be felt, tasted and touched. Your body is a real, biologically manufactured vehicle for you as Consciousness.

What about other people? It's not accurate to say they are other aspects of yourself, but You are Consciousness and so is everyone else. Other people are real, as much as you are.

The teacher I had indicated that the "extras" in your reality weren't real, they were just stories in your story line. I've come to see that this game is bigger and more complex than that. Everyone is real. And everyone is a creation of Consciousness and everyone *is* Consciousness, whether they know it or not.

However, I have found that, when you operate as Consciousness other personalities can change. People who were 'bad tempered' can shift to being easy to get along with. People can come into your storyline saying things that you'd only just thought about.

People can suddenly leave your storyline when you've shifted to a different vibratory awareness. At one of my meetups, someone was dealing with an abusive boss. They played the "parallel universe" game and when they went to work the next week, the boss resigned. I explain that she didn't make them resign (that's not how you play the game at this level), but she'd stepped into a parallel universe where they did.

As you keep upleveling your experience, you become more distinctly aware of your own Uniquesness and at the same your own inner connection to All That Is.

As Consciousness, you created this to be the opposite of who you really are. That's why there are different people, places, plants, animals, things. There's conflict in this reality because there is only harmony and oneness as Consciousness.

As Consciousness, you love your creations. You love yourself and your body, and those you've created to interact with. And they've created themselves to interact with you.

As Essence we're all Consciousness but it would be skipping a step, or missing out on this planetary realm's uniqueness to dismiss individuals as fake or that you're the only one that's real.

It's much more fun to relax into this reality as Consciousness, to appreciate it all in it's infinite complexity and enjoy

When Your Past Revisits You

When Your Past Revisits You ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

I found myself walking into the hospital yesterday to visit a relative. The last time I went there, they were in the emergency room and I almost couldn't go in, I was having so many flashbacks to taking care of my mother and being in the hospital and sleeping in a chair in her room for 18 days with her.

This time I felt an energetic shift as I walked into the building. My body, my energy system, felt fully in the present moment. I was aware of the memories but detached from the intense emotions from that time.

It allowed me to have a pleasant visit with him, even setting up Skype so he could talk with his son.

This has happened in layers over the past few years. My mother went into the hospital in August of 2011 (first traumatic event). We went to the same hospital for laser treatment on her lung cancer in October. We went for a followup MRI in December where it revealed the treatment didn't work. In February of 2012 she went on home hospice so we didn't have to go there any more.

In June of 2013 my husband was hospitalized overnight for a suspected heart attack (it was an infection instead), and I was surprised at my visceral response. Different hospital, opposite side of the country, but even so.

And since then, there's been three other hospital trips with different people, so I guess repeated exposure has helped de-sensitize me, and de-energize my memories.

For some people it re-traumatizes every time, and hardens into full blown resistance.

Today I see them as opportunities to release and let go.

Our past seems to revisit us but really the patterns are swirling about us all the time. We notice them showing up in our reality, because we're passing through that pattern. It's either unraveling or tangling, and we have an opportunity to respond differently.

When I don't fight the memories, when I see the patterns as opportunities, I can soften to them and not get entangled.

When someone shows up in your story line from the past you can see them as an actor returning for a cameo role. Unless you want them to reenter as a returning cast member. It's you're show, you can decide.

Also, as you navigate your life from the perspective of Consciousness, you will notice that some people drop out of your life, because they're no longer a vibrational match. You can view them as cast members who aren't renewing their contract this season.

Just because your past is revisiting you, doesn't mean that you are returning to a previous state. It's like going home and realizing that your childhood house seems much smaller now. You're bigger, and maybe no longer a fit for those circumstances.

Even if you want to go home, you're not returning as the past person that you were. You get to be there in the present moment, as the adult and evolving Consciousness that you are.

Consciousness is expanding rapidly. We are experiencing frequencies accelerating at an unprecedented rate. There's a lot of turnover happening right now.

Stay in present time and non resistance, and all this can be very enjoyable!

How to Create Reality (a simple primer for manifesting as an Infinite Being)

How to Create Reality  (a simple primer for manifesting as an Infinite Being) ©2017 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

Reality is created from the non-physical. It's created outside of time and space. It's created beyond thought, although thought has an effect. It starts with an intent, a notion, and is given form through focus. It is created by Consciousness or Source, and which is the spark of life in everything. That includes what we would deem as not alive. It may not have perceivable sentience, but it has Consciousness as it's source.

It is all Consciousness, and we are Consciousness. Our life Essence is Consciousness. We are creating this reality moment to moment.
Source: AndrewDunnPhoto.com

Reality is a spectrum and has different densities to it. What we see, physically feel, seems solid, is one part of the spectrum. There is a part that we sense physically that we can't see, we may describe it as a place's "atmosphere". It's a collective resonance contributed to by all life forms (this can include plants and animals, and historic events).

Emotions are unique to our physical bodies, it's our body's communication system, it's our response to the world and we can create from this part of this spectrum. You can bring your desires into reality by focusing on the feelings they create in you. (We unconsciously bring what we *don't* want into reality by being preoccupied with uncomfortable feelings)!

Thought is another way to manifest into form. What we think about regularly takes on density, Which is why visualization, affirmations, and vision boards seem to work so well. However, if the mind that is using thought to do this is coming from the perception that there's something lacking, something wrong, etc. - that will show up in the manifestation as well. Which is why you may find there is always a loophole or a glitch in the things you try to consciously create!

Reality seems solid and real yet can shift in mysterious, magical ways. It's only part of the program in this physical game, just as time and space are part of the structure. When we create from the emotional or thought levels, it takes time and space to bring things into form. They have to be constructed within physical rules. There's a rhythm to this kind of creation, it takes two years for things to manifest into form from first conception.

When we create as Consciousness, it is very effortless. It is 'outside the box' manifesting. The timeline becomes less fixed and solid. Things can happen instantaneously. Things may seem random. They don't come in predictable ways, they usually show up 'out of left field'.

Bring an open minded intention to Consciousness and the results are more than you can possibly imagine. The qualities of Consciousness are playfulness, curiosity, neutrality. As Consciousness, you are lighthearted and amused. There are no mistakes and nothing is 'bad'. This world is a game, a playground, an experiment.

At this level, we're not 'co-creating', it's the realm of unity, oneness, I-AM ness. Nothing influences You, nothing is more powerful than You.

As you go about your day, shift your awareness from your normal way of thinking. Start to perceive the world as Consciousness, the Essence of who you really are. See everything as your Conscious creation. Notice what changes when you do that.

Give yourself time to notice what that feels like, without trying, without effort. And watch how your life reorganizes around you without your having to do anything to make it happen. Things start to show up in your reality with delightful synchronicity. All you have to do is appreciate and enjoy the process.

Try thing for the next seven days and see what happens!

It's The End Of The World!

It's The End Of The World! ©2016 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

It seems catastrophic. It's not what's supposed to be going on. Terrible things are occurring  everywhere. I can't believe this is happening to me.

Sound familiar? Have you been thinking these thoughts? For many people, this is what reality feels like right now.

Crazy things are being reported in the news. It's confusing. Frightening, even. We're grieving the loss of what should be. Angry at what is. Scared of what could be.

It's the end of the world as we know it.
Reckless Company 1904 (Public Domain)

I don't like it either. I'm surprised at the weird shift in the time line. The wacky alt-Universe I've seemed to have woken up in. My body is resistant to it. I want to change, fix or manipulate it and make it different.

That part of you that feels powerless? That feels like it's happening to you? That can't imagine anything good coming out of this?

That's your body. Your body only knows what it has experienced up until now. Your body sees things in terms of survival. It hasn't lived the future yet.

When the story line shifts abruptly, it gets really upset. It feels like it's going to die. It makes up stories based on what it sees or hears. It doesn't have a the bigger picture.

The Essence of who you are, can see farther along the road ahead, knows there are more possibilities than just calamitous ones. It may even be amused by all of this.

It's the part of you that is eternal so it's not fearful it's going to die. It's here. To experience physical reality. It knows this is just a game. It finds this fun.

We're collectively screaming with our hands in the air, forgetting that we're on a roller coaster (not an airplane).

As Consciousness, you are creating reality moment to moment. A complex and beautiful world. The more Consciousness comes into form, the old, rigid, restrictive beliefs and concepts break down.

Your body may not be dying, but part of your identity might be. A reality you were attached to might have changed. This happens to us throughout our lives, every time we graduated and moved up a grade in school, every time we got into and then out of a relationship, started and changed a job.

This seems to be on a global scale, but what is it in you that is dying? What is it in you that is releasing? What loss is your body mourning?

For me, this past year has resurrected old family patterns that I thought had already died. I've been triggered as I see similar behavior played out in the news. I'm surprised to discover how I'm still entangled with them, how I'm still creating my reality through and from them.

If you're really entrenched in them, these changes can feel seismic. What is your personal earthquake about? Where are you being shaken to your core?

Realize that you don't have to stay stuck here. It doesn't have to take years to work through this now.

When we were less Conscious, when we experienced less Consciousness, it took a long time for these things to change. Now they can shift in an instant (or overnight).

The more you operate as Consciousness in the world, the more sudden and unexpected things happen. The cosmic script writer part of you isn't writing an adaption of War And Peace or Les Miserables. It's sweeps week and a reality show. Expect plot twists.

If you want to win an Oscar, by all means go for it. Wrestle that bear. As Consciousness you'll enjoy every minute of it.

If you don't want Grizzly drool on your costume, shift your perspective to Consciousness' bigger picture. You'll see things with joy and wonder, curiosity and amusement. You'll respond differently.

It's not the end of the world, but the beginning of a new reality.

When Reality Breaks Down

When Reality Breaks Down ©2016 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

If you look around you, what you see is physical reality. It's been measured, poked and examined. We see rocks and dirt and trees. We're told they're made up of atoms and molecules. Different combinations of molecules make up rocks than dirt, water and air. Fascinating to think that scientists eventually measured something invisible like air, and discovered that oxygen has it's own form of solidity. Air is thinner in high altitude places.

And then we acknowledge emotional patterns, they've been measured, poked and examined. We recognize that behavior patterns in families go back seven or ten generations, beyond what most of us know about our genealogy. We think we're being unique and new and yet on one level we're just replicating patterns.

Thought patterns have been around for millenia as well. It's said that there's never been an original thought. We read ancient philosophers and their comments are surprisingly modern. The mental level is another part of the complicated construct that is the hologram as we know it.

Our beliefs, our concepts, color the way we view reality. We think our religion is the right one until we get to know people that believe something totally different and realize they're pretty good folk and maybe their soul isn't going to hell after all. We think our family is one way until a family secret gets exposed and our reality is shattered.

Shattered is a good way to describe what it feels like when your pictures of reality disintegrate. It's like the scaffolding of your life is withdrawn, and things collapse inside. Anyone who has been through a divorce knows this. Ways you define yourself, your identity, get removed and it is very disorienting.

When you take away those belief constructs, what you have left is physical reality, which is why nature feels so restorative. It simply is. It's a break from the insane overlay of human dynamic.

We're starting to experience what's beyond the invisible, beyond what can be measured and examined. When you bring out the microscopes (or the telescopes) you can't see it.
It's been philosophized about, but you can research research all the religions and cultures in history and only get a minute sense of what we're experiencing today.

We use euphemisms for this, Light and Truth, but words can't fully explain what is happening.

It's how an aquarium of fish must feel when a hand reaches in and moves the ornaments about.

Except we're not fish, although our bodies are. And we're not separate from the hand. We are the hand.

Consciousness creates reality by focusing. Focusing creates density. There is a spectrum to it, but not the separation we believe. It's all Consciousness focusing into density.

In density we experience time and space, a historic storyline to our reality. We feel like this has been this way forever. When Consciousness shifts focus, we feel it. Greater Consciousness comes into form and we feel more real. And what's not real seems to break down and go away.

Hands in the fish tank stir up all sorts of muck and mire, which gets siphoned out to clean up the water.

What's going on around the world is a kind of rearranging of the fish tank, a siphoning up of the muck and mire that no longer serves us. The untruths that people have clung to as reality.

As Consciousness comes more into form, we sense our unity (because we're all Consciousness). We also sense our individual power (because as Consciousness we are infinitely powerful). So on one hand we're experiencing more of a collective connection. We see how we are 'better together', how we can help one another. And on the other hand we are rebelling against anything that impedes our personal sense of autonomy.  This planet is such a delicious dichotomy!

And anything that is the opposite of Consciousness, dominance vs empowerment, divisiveness instead of individuality, unity instead of identical... is what is going away.

You can sense the difference. Consciousness feels good. It feels expansive. It feels joyous. When you're operating from Consciousness you feel lighthearted, clear, confident.  Unconsciousness feels constricted and limiting, fearful and powerless.

It's a component of this world that is very evident right now. It is being illuminated as Consciousness comes into form. It's in the process of being cleared. Our shadows are being exposed but will disappear in full sunlight.

It can be very uncomfortable as the muckiness of humanity comes to light. We think that other aspects of reality will erupt and break down as well. Our bodies aren't dying but aspects of our egos are.

If you are experiencing any breaking down in any aspects of your life, the discomfort is palpable. It will pass, but it may take time. It will be a relief as the distortion dissipates.

The greater aspect of yourself *is* Consciousness, and that part of You can coax the little you through this.

Be easy with yourself. Implement super self care, doing self comforting things. Take time to step out in nature and just breathe.

This is the darkness just before dawn. We are huddled 'neath our covers wanting our last bits of sleep. But waking up is a wonderful thing. Come into the sunlight, a joyous world awaits.

How NOT To Be Tossed and Turned By The Vortex

How NOT to be Tossed And Turned By The Vortex ©2015 Joan M. Newcomb

I came across a video of a piece of fabric, dancing in the vortex of a circle of fans.  It looks human, in the way it twists and twirls.  It looks how we feel, as we engage with different energies in this physical realm.

Sometimes we feel buffered about by the varying influences, like a leaf reeling in the wind. We're affected by these circles, our family, our friends, our work environment. Those are the most noticeable ones. But we're also reacting to wider circles, our neighborhood, city, or region. And we resonate with even bigger ones, our religions, political parties, culture, and country.

These energy systems are multidimentional, not only spanning distance, around the globe, but also time. We engaging in historical patterns and responding to ones forming into the future.

But the thing that struck me, as I watched the fabric swirl around, is that it was missing Consciousness. It looked alive, but it wasn't.

When you are feeling tossed and turned by 'Life', your body/personality is the aspect that feels that way.  It's missing it's connection with You.

If that fabric were a dress worn by a dancer, she would be spinning and swaying, but you would notice that she's inwardly anchored, even when her feet aren't on the floor.

Dancers aren't performing random movements, they're enacting choreography. Even if it's improv, they are reflecting years of training.

Staying centered within yourself, You can dance through your various circles without having to participate in the denser emotional aspects of them. You can love your family and friends and not be driven crazy by them. You can maintain professionalism at work regardless of how dysfunctional the culture may be.

When you're grounded into your body, then you are in charge of actions. You can steer your kayak away from whirlpools, out of eddies and into the greater Flow of wellbeing.

You can do this in all sorts of ways. You can practise mindfulness. You can walk barefoot also called 'earthing'. You can visualize an energy connection to the center of the earth, and imagine earth energy flowing up through your feet into your body.

These are techniques that have been around for millennia, for as long as we've been manifesting into bodies on this planet. They are still very effective, but may require 'upgrading' as our Collective vibration increases.

I'm playing with the concept of connecting wirelessly to the planet, and anchoring into key points of the body.  It's a way of being in the planet and not of the planet. It's strong, light, and flexible. If you want to know more, go here.

Play with these ideas this week, see which ones fit for you, and notice how it transforms your experience in the world!

Autocorrect Manifestations

Autocorrect Manifestations ©2015 Joan Newcomb

My computer runs autocorrect on everything I write, sometimes changing words *as* I type them. Some days I spend more time correcting the darned autocorrect than writing!

When you begin the process of conscious manifestation, it often seems like the Universe has it's own autocorrect. What you ask for shows up as something slightly different. It can be comical, or irritating.

If you're balding you may ask for more hair, and it begins growing out of your ears. You work on manifesting money, and it comes as an insurance check paying the mechanic for fixing your car.

Creating your reality is more an art than a science.

Resisting the autocorrect just creates more effort and slows down the manifesting process. Go with the flow, making slight adjustments, and you steer in the right direction.

For instance, I'm now grateful for slow cars that get in front of me when I'm driving. They can protect me from speeding tickets!

Stepping back and looking at this from the perspective of Consciousness, you can see or sense the neverending flow moving into form. It is always loving. It is always light.

As it moves into the lower atmosphere, it encounters distortions. What originated as pure intention manifests in the shadows as something murky.

"Autocorrect" is really your gallery of assumptions and expectations. It assumes what you're about to create, but it doesn't know the full story. It bases its 'corrections' on previous usage or manifestations.

Yet, if you turned off autocorrect, and completely received the pure intention, what shows up may be more than you bargained for! A winning lottery ticket brings all sorts of new challenges, from paying taxes on it to fielding requests from friends and relatives.

What are we really asking for, anyway? Are we really asking for more hair, more money, more love? When you step back and look at it, you can see all these requests going from form to Consciousness, and they're all seeking more light, more freedom, more wholeness.

As Consciousness we are focusing into form, creating our creations, like sunlight onto seedlings. It is US coming into density.

What happens with our requests is that we are creating expections for how we want to receive Source Energy, what it's supposed to look like when it shows up. Our specifications are limitations.

And, sometimes they repel what we're asking for!

There are lots of ways to change this pattern. You can meditate so you can receive more clearly. You can de-energize stuck pictures, either clairvoyantly or through something like EFT or EMDR. You can run frequencies such as Christforce Gold or use my waterfall technique to raise your body's ability to have more. Or use Consciousness Techniques to create instantaneous change.

The Universe isn't autocorrecting you. And it isn't something coming to you from outside of yourself. YOU are Consciousness, flowing into form. Your body/personality is the form that you created to experience physical reality. You're really both, dancing with yourself.

Shift your perspective to yourself AS Consciousness, and you're in agreement with all that manifests, imperfectly perfect in your life.

Play with this for the next 7 days and see what happens!

Nobody's Ascending Anywhere

Nobody's Ascending Anywhere ©2015 Joan M. Newcomb

One of my readers asked me some great questions "what's going on vis-a-vis the overall evolution of mankind. Are some" developed" people going to ascend by 2024?  2014 has passed and we're still here."

I answered this in a recent Mystic Minute Video, and wanted to spell it out more clearly here: ain't nobody ascending anywhere.

Yes, we talk about an acceleration in Consciousness. We talk about the vibration rising, getting more sensitive and Aware.  But the impression is that at some point we'll become so advanced, we'll just vibrate out of our bodies and disappear into the 5th Dimension.

That's how it feels to our bodies and from our personality's perspective.  We can't imagine existing at a higher vibration, we can't comprehend anything but 3-D.

Consciousness is already 5D. Consciousness is beyond the hologram, outside of D altogether. Even D is part of the illusion.

Consciousness embodies reality but is outside of it as well.  In Consciousness, there is no time or space, everything is happening at once.

So whenever we try to put things into linear measurements, it's our personality trying to figure it out. Oh, I must be going up in vibration (no, Consciousness is coming more into form).  Oh, I must be ascending, I must be developing more (no, you're just experiencing yourself AS Consciousness more, and as Consciousness you're infinite, beyond levels of development).

Back before 2012 they said some people weren't going to make it. They imagined mass destruction. All limited and undeveloped people would die.  And, dangit, the politicians and religious fanatics are still here.

Although, if you notice, they're all going more crazy than before. That's because their old paradigms and rigid belief systems are disintegrating and it's freaking them out.

And, guess what, they're Consciousness, too.

To our bodies, and our personalities, it feels like things are going faster. Time progresses that way, to form.  But past, present, and future, is all happening simultaneously to Consciousness.

The best way to handle this it to be in present time, in the NOW. You're body feels calmer when focused on the present moment. When you do that, things feel like they're slowing down.

Play with this all - viewing life from Consciousness, being Present, for the next seven days and see what happens!

Manifesting In The Real World

Manifesting In The Real World ©2015 Joan M. Newcomb

The other day I had a chat with someone who does similar work and we both had the same question for each other: how do you integrate your inner and outer realities?

We'd been through different journeys since we'd first met, but had similar derailments, when "real life" situations occurred and took the focus away from higher consciousness work.
Feeling Stuck?

For me, my mother's Alzheimer's and cancer took me off my main career path, but I held my higher focus that I was midwifing her back to Source through the roller coaster ride of the end of her life.

It's hard to be out in the world, in the work place, or in other 'real life' situations (for me it was hospitals and doctors and caregiver groups), and maintain a multidimensional perspective.

How do you deal with coworkers or family members from the perspective of Consciousness? How do you approach issues, challenges, conflicts, as your Expanded Self?

It may require slowing down and not reacting from habitual patterns. Making different choices, responding differently (neutrally) to situations that come up.

The other stumbling block we encounter is our own techniques. You aren't at the same level you were when you first connected with healing guides or learned certain transformational techniques. These relationships, and energy techniques, need upgrading.

Sometimes it's a matter of communicating with your guides and bringing your agreement into present time with them.  Sometimes it requires a change of personnel.  Upgrading your meditation practise and techniques may be disorienting, like the going from a typewriter to a computer.  You may not be used to such instantaneous results.

Or - it may be renewing your acquaintance with your guides and resuming your practice. Your spiritual muscles may have gotten flabby!

I have experienced profound, miraculous, transformation when I take the time to consistently focus on energy work.  The tools in my spiritual tool kit work when I work them - for myself and my creations.

They don't work when I'm scattered or paying attention outside of my own space.

This week, take some time to dust off your toolkit and upgrade your invisible helpers and see what happens!

If you want some new techniques, check out my upcoming webinar!

Real World Manifesting

Real World Manifesting ©2015 Joan M. Newcomb

Think about all the things, people, and situations that you've created in your life. Some you can validate that you created - you graduated from high school, you got into college, you chose that (even if it wasn't the college of your choice, you made it happen).  If you got married, you chose that (even if you chose to get divorced later - and you chose that, too).

It's harder to validate that you chose being born, and you chose the family that you were born into.

Maybe you read Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain, or listen to Abraham-Hick's Law of Attraction, Art of Allowing.  You put something on a vision board, or you imagined it in a pink bubble.  When it happened, you were pleased but maybe discounted the achievement as 'magic'.

It's more difficult to acknowledge that you created things that seem to happen spontaneously, or by accident.

Making things happen in the 'real' world takes hard work and effort. You set goals and take steps to achieve them. And if stuff happens to thwart your accomplishments... oh, well.

It's not helpful to say 'you create your reality', because when crappy stuff happens, you feel it's your fault. It's not accurate to say You are an infinitely capable being, because when good stuff doesn't happen, you feel like something is wrong with you.

The thing is - you are *both*.  At your core, you are an Infinite Being, and that's the aspect of you that created the reality you're in. Your body is your vehicle, your personality is the combination of pictures and experiences that you've created since before you were born.

You, the Infinite Being, creates your reality. Your personality wishes it were creating your reality.

How can you tell the different?  You, the Infinite Being, is amused and light hearted.  It's here for the fun of it. There is no time or space, so it's infinitely patient with it's creations.  This lifetime is happening in the blink of an eye, and it's simultaneously experiencing all lifetimees as well.

You, your personality, is serious. It's main focus is survival. It's not going to make it out of this lifetime alive. It exists in present time, the past is just a memory and the future is not real. It wants things NOW.

When you use energy techniques to manifest as an Infinite Being, it's done playfully. If it doesn't happen, no big deal.

When you use energy techniques as your personality, you are trying to make things happen. If it doesn't happen, there must be some outside interference.

Trying to make things happen by trying to maneuver your outer circumstances won't work. It's as effective as an actor pushing sets around on a stage.

Changing your energy from within, changes your external circumstances.

Look at the things you'd like to have in your life.  How will you feel when you have them? It's the feeling that you are going for.  You think you want the winning lotto ticket, but really you want to feel free. It's the energy of freedom you desire. And, as Essence, you *are* free.

You think you want the perfect relationship, but really you want to love and be loved.  It's the energy of Love you want. And, ironically, Love is already surrounding you and radiating to you (and from you), if you only take the time to notice.

Bringing something into form, manifesting in the real world, takes focus.  But not effort.  You are a thought, wrapped in love, and focused into density. You are loved, and you are loveable.

Make a list of the main things that you want in the key areas of your life.  What's the main feeling you want to have?

Give yourself the gift of those feelings. Imagine that *you* are in a pink balloon of freedom, or love, or whatever core energy that you want to have.

Try this for 7 days and let me know what happens!

We've Forgotten We're Apples

We've Forgotten We're Apples ©2015 Joan M Newcomb (updated from 2010)

I just rewatched a wonderful clip of Carl Sagan explaining the 4th dimension. He does it by demonstrating on a table with using square pieces of paper to represent '2 dimensional beings', which he calls 'Flatlanders'.

These 'Flatlanders' only perceive the world in 2 dimensions. They can go forward and back, and side to side, but up and down do not exist to them.

Then he brings in an apple, representing a 4th dimensional being. The apple hovers over a little square piece of paper and says 'Hello'. The Flatlander has no way of recognizing the apple and instead feels the greeting coming from inside him!

At some point the apple tosses the piece of paper into the air, and the Flatlander has a multidimensional experience, seeing all his little paper friends below. When he returns to his Flatland world, he can't explain to them what happened, because they do not have an 'up' nor 'down'.

As I was watching this, I realize - that's very much what life on Earth is like for folks. They're in their little flat world, and all that exists is what's in front of them, where they're going, or what's behind them, where they've come from. Their only measure of reality or basis of comparison is the other little square pieces of paper on either side.

(I actually knew someone like this; he was a software programmer for Microsoft. I use to say he had the emotional depth of a piece of paper)!

They've forgotten they're apples.

Yes, we exist in this physical reality. And in this world we have time and space. We have the past, where we came from. We have the future where we're going. We have distance and how long it takes for us to get from here to there. We have our bodies and through our bodies we perceive the lighter molecules of oxygen and sunshine, and the denser molecules of the earth and water.  We have emotions and we have thought, and with both of these we make up stories to color our passage through this world.

And, we are more than just our bodies.  We are Apples.  We're above and beyond all of the limitations of time and space, density and effort.

When you're living life as a Flatlander, you may think an apple has come along and tossed you into the air, giving you a brief glimpse of life from an 'airplane's view'.  As a Flatlander you may worry about apples invading your 2 dimensional world and doing this to you.  As a Flatlander you may worry about the other square pieces of paper thinking you're crazy if you have an up-down experience.  Or worry they can stop you from having one!

As an apple, you're aware of being in all places at once.  There's a little slice of you in Flatland, which is fun and amusing.  And the greater part of you is above and beyond that.  You're not worried about the other Flatlanders.  And, truth be told, you're not worried about the other apples.  Because if you go up, up, and up, you realize there *are* no other apple's.  You're It.

You don't feel lonely as the only apple because You're so Big, You're Everything.  And if you go down, down, down, you can interact with the other aspects of yourself you've created.  The other personalities and square bits of paper.

As I mused on this, I wondered, but what about those other Flatlanders when they're getting in my face or giving me a hard time.  At this, I had a Byron Katie moment.  They're just sharing with me their limitations.  They're in pain and discomfort and they're sharing with me their experience.

The more aware of myself as an Apple, the less the pieces of paper get to me.  When I'm an Apple, I don't see the other pieces of papers are limitations to my reality.  They're just elements in my own wonderful creation.

So, this week, I invite you to remember you are an Apple.  Whenever things seem flat, remember you can't perceive beyond this dimension with your human eyes, because they're part of your physical body which only exists in this dimension. You perceive the greater worlds with your extra-perception. You sense them, you Know them.  Use this greater Knowingness to expand your experience.  Try this for a week and see what happens!

Embrace Change

Embrace Change ©2014 Joan M. Newcomb

I started writing this talking about the tough times people are going through, then realized it was exactly like a post I started writing a month ago, and scrapped in favor of a more uplifting message.  I'm doing the same again.

Listen, I know tough times.  I've survived an overdose, abuse, betrayal, divorce, poverty, loss, death.  And I honestly can't say what kept me from jumping off a ferry at times.  But I'm glad I did. I want to give a higher perspective of what it's all about:

Seasons are changing, trees and plants are going through new cycles, it's time to move on. This planet is all about creating and destroying, and each part of the cycle is equally creative, from the perspective of Consciousness.

If you try to hold on to what is going away, it's going to be extraordinarily painful. Trying to stop the flow of life is like trying to stop a river with your hands.

This doesn't mean you can't change your reality. You can reverse a fatal illness, you can get out of a soul destroying job, you can thrive after abuse. But change comes with letting go, you don't fight what isn't working.

Sometimes your Universal Self helps you change by creating circumstances that are "straws that break the camel's back". Situations from which there is no turning back. Forcing you to hit bottom so there's no way to go but up.

Things happen that shatter your sense of self, and you have to reinvent your life. It's like not remodeling your house until there's a fire or earthquake.

Consciousness (your Universal Self) views all this with amusement and neutrality.  This world is Your playground, Your whole purpose is to create. Nothing is ever truly lost, nothing ever truly dies, energy transforms.

Beings leave their bodies, but they still exist as Essence. At a greater level, as Consciousness, there is no separation, we're all still connected.

At some point, I realized that in order to live to a ripe old age, I'll have to get used to loss.  So here's my greater perspective on that:

Embrace change, welcome the new, open your arms to what is out there.  You are your own parent and midwife, birthing you into a new experience with each breath.

You ARE Consciousness, this is your playground, go out there and play!

Inner and Outer Work

Inner and Outer Work ©2014 Joan M. Newcomb

As Unified Consciousness we are all one.  When working on a high energy level, there is no you in U.

However, in the physical, there are boundaries.  It's not helpful to merge energies (unless you're in love or making love).

Empathic healers often become ill, because they take on the energies of their clients and loved ones.

You can heal people from outside of your body space.  You can love others and be neutral about their choices and reactions.  It's hard to have neutrality when you bring energy into your body.  It's hard to have neutrality when your energy engulfs everyone, too.

It's hard to make decisions or changes when you're feeling everyone else's reality.  It gets confusing.  Do I feel sick, or does the guy in the next cubicle at work have a hangover?  Do I really want to buy chocolate milk at the grocery store, or is my kid in my space?

Meditation is often called 'inner work'.  When you are quietly accessing your own energy and information, that's inner work.  When you're journaling about your vision for your life, what your passions are, what you'd like to be doing, you'll find this inside yourself (your energy field).

When you're doing healing work, when you're visualizing or reading energy, it's helpful to do this on a 'view screen', kind of a psychic flat screen, in front of you (usually your forehead).

Seeing things on your view screen, you get the 'big picture'.  Seeing things inside your head... can be too close for clear focusing.  It's the difference between being an air traffic controller, viewing all airport runways with incoming and departing planes, or being down on the tarmac.

If you've been having difficulty making a decision, about work, about life, notice if you need to place it outside on your view screen.  Or bring it inside, to your heart.

Heart space isn't for neutrality, but it can be for compassion.

You can also bring it into your solar plexus,  to get a 'gut feeling'.

Play with this, putting things out on your view screen, bringing things into places, this week.  Notice the difference.  See what happens!

Easy Peasy Manifesting

Picture: Edenpics.com
We're coming up to a New Moon eclipse, so this is a powerful time for manifestation.  The energy is building for things to happen, new doors to open, sudden new beginnings.  Set intentions, visualize ideal outcome, and catch the wave!

How do you make something happen?  There are lots of ways.  The good old fashioned way is elbow grease.  You decide what you want, make a plan, take action, don't lose focus.  You use a lot of effort, and make it happen.

The New Age Woo-Woo way is to make a vision board, recite affirmations, journal about it, spend 17 seconds each day visualizing it, ask Source Energy and allow it to happen.  You use consistent focus and a lot of faith.

Other energy ways are, put it in a pink bubble (or balloon) and let it go, go to the parallel universe where you already have it, use a 'tractor beam' to bring it to you, see yourself with it and let your current energy match that.  You can also run energy of prosperity, abundance, miracles, etc.

All ways are valid.  So why isn't everyone walking around with their soul mates holding winning lottery tickets?  They may be (they just haven't stepped into the parallel universe where they realize it)!

There's an additional component, I think, that most people miss.  You have to be in your body.  If you're not home when the Universal Prosperity Service shows up, you miss receiving the delivery.

If you're out there in the realm of thoughts and dreams, whatever you want remains a concept or a fantasy.  Even if it does manifest, it doesn't last long, because you're not in your body to have it.

Reality needs an anchor point.  Actually, reality IS an anchor point.  You're bringing thought energy into physical form, it needs to become dense in order for it to show up.

There are some energy workers that are wonders in the level of light and love, but they can't change their own reality.  They struggle for material abundance, never find their soul mate, or remain physically unhealthy.

There are some creative artists that are tremendously talented, but they can't finish a piece of work.  They get wonderful ideas, they even start some, and are never able to finish anything.

We are *all* wonderful, creative, talented, infinitely capable manifestors. We manifested our individual body, we're manifesting all aspects of our lives, good and bad, down to the smallest detail.

For the stuff you want, are you keeping it from happening?  Do you dwell in the realm of ideas?  Is what you want remaining a thought form?  Have you confused intellect with energy (or Spirit)?

Theory takes action, otherwise it remains a concept.  Manifestation requires embodiment.  You have to be willing to show up in your body, in your life, to have what you want show up as well!

We don't like to come into our bodies when they're in pain.  But when we're not in our bodies, we feel uncomfortable!

So if there's something you want to manifest, start within yourself! Bring You into your body, enjoy physical reality.  Fill your body with Yourself, your magnificent Self, and watch (and feel) the miracles occur!
