Matrix Transformation (c) 2006 Joan M. Newcomb

Matrix Transformation (c) 2006 Joan M. Newcomb

A year-long Clairvoyant Readers training program that I’ve been leading is coming to completion. My intention was to teach people nearly everything I know (I say ‘nearly’ as 25 years’ worth of metaphysical work can’t really be passed on in only a year)!

When I’ve studied with different spiritual communities, one thing I’ve noticed is that people were never trained to the same level as the people at the top. That may be because the founders had many years of experience they couldn’t easily pass on, but I suspect a strong reason with some upper echelons was job security – what would happen if the teachers taught their students everything they knew?

My personal discovery (to answer that question) is that you move to a next level yourself.  My next level has turned out to be Matrix Energetics.

Matrix Energetics is a quantum form of transformation. It takes my belief that we live in a holographic universe, that we each exist in our own personal ‘holodeck’ (to borrow from Star Trek the Next Generation) and we’ve forgotten that we’re the one’s who program the computer, and gives us the means to *really* change our reality in astounding and often instantaneous ways.

At my first introductory seminar I got the picture that I’d been viewing spirituality from a very physical viewpoint. If you consider that the physical world is made up of density, effort, time and space, an analogy would be that, as spirit, it’s like being under water. I thought that the spiritual level then was like being above water, in oxygen. I’ve realized that it’s still seeing spirit from a physical viewpoint. Under water you experience the density of H2O; you feel gravity, currents, tides, and temperature. However, the oxygen realm also has gravity, wind currents, temperatures, etc. Spirit is outside of all of that. The nearest I could come to describing it is outer space (except we still experience gravity in relation to the Sun). Deepak Chopra refers to it as the Void, the space beyond (and even that, being a distance word, doesn’t accurately describe it) subatomic particles.

We access this area not with our intellect but with our imagination.

Matrix Energetics is a series of techniques you can use to bring whatever change you can imagine into physical form. It was developed by a chiropractor/naturopath, Dr. Richard Bartlett, so his initial focus was on physical body changes, but you can take the basic information and apply it to physical reality changes as well.

My experience with this has been sometimes exhilarating and sometimes unnerving. I’ve usually talked about spiritual transformation being like remodeling a house; the intent being to make things better but living with the sheetrock dust and plastic covering the windows can be uncomfortable. This has been more like… let’s evaporate a portion of this house and replicate something different in its place. (That sentence doesn’t make sense if you use the word ‘replicate’ as to ‘copy’ or ‘duplicate’, but if you think of STNG’s ‘replicator’, you’ll get what I mean).

It’s understandable why teachers and leaders want job security, want not to go to the next level themselves. Change like this can be *very* uncomfortable. I rather like being an expert, being skilled with my techniques, smoothly navigating my way through life. This has been a very vulnerable time, at least from my personality POV. However it’s taking me to my next area of expansion, it’s giving me a new way to create my life, as Spirit it’s been incredibly exciting. I’ve stepped outside my comfort zone (yet again) but I know that soon I’ll be comfortable but in a larger, newer awareness.

Rather than make this an infomercial for Matrix Energetics (more information can be found at http://www.matrixenergetics.com/ ), I want this to be an encouragement for each of you to go to *your* next level of transformation. Also, don’t be afraid to give away all that you know. It will open you to new possibilities, new ways of being. All you need to do is allow the notion that you create your reality and your life can be different than it is now to float out of your head and out to the Universe and all sorts of synchronicities will begin occurring. If you’re reading this, you must have already done so, and this article has been one of those synchronicities!

Consciousness & The Matrix

(c) 2010 Joan M. Newcomb, CPC

I've been having an interesting experience this week with both Consciousness and also the Matrix.

I like to do Robert Scheinfeld's "The Process" which is a way of breaking through the limitations and illusions we believe are reality.  In it, you affirm that you are Consciousness, creating this down to the smallest detail.

I've been walking my dogs in the mornings and playing connecting with Consciousness.  It different than being Conscious - I've been operating with a high awareness of Consciousness for most of my adult life.  I've always seen myself as Consciousness manifesting through form, rather than a body/personality with a Higher Self.  The way I'm playing with Consciousness now takes all this to a higher, yet deeper and more intimate level.

Initially I've been just talking with Consciousness, enjoying the connection with Energy and the shift in my perspective when I do so.  It lifts me to an expanded and clearer space.  Today as I communicated, I remember how I'd always talk to the Universe while driving my car.  And the difference with that, and now, is that the Universe was something outside of myself.  And Consciousness *is* mySelf.

It's hard to put into words, it's really something to feel.  And you can start to get there simply by shifting your viewpoint.  If that seems too difficult to do, You can ask for help from Consciousness in doing this, since it's You creating all of this anyway.  Which brings me to the Matrix.

So this reality is a wonderful Holographic illusion, and it's a matrix of bazillions of possibilities, which you can see as parallel universes, parallel dimensions, parallel selves and more.  It's beyond our comprehension as linear humans, but it wonderful to contemplate and appreciate as Consciousness.  How infinitely creative we are as Consciousness.  And this gets complicated to explain in terms of singular and plural.  You *are* Consciousness.  We *are* Consciousness.  Everything you see in your reality, You created, even other people ('Other Aspects of Myself').  When you can connect to Consciousness, you can feel the spark of awareness and recognition in everything, not just people but plants and even inanimate objects.

When you have a glimmer of comprehension of The Matrix or The Hologram, you can suddenly see the infinite possibilities that are there.  You can no longer be stuck, because there are too many options, too many doors and windows into other parallel realities.  It's like being on a superhighway with many, many, lanes to change into.

In my storyline, this illusion is becoming more and more evident.  That is, it's becoming more and more evident that this is an illusion.  Things that seems solid and real are collapsing, falling apart, or just randomly changing.  It's very destabilizing.  And yet, from Consciousness, it's very fun and exciting, too.

I invite you this week to practice connecting with Consciousness and practice viewing your life *as* Consciouness.  It'll help make all the instability of the storyline much easier to navigate.

Try this for a week and see what happens!

Foundations

©2008 Joan M. Newcomb

I'm noticing that whatever people felt were their anchor point has become unstable nowadays. There have been many times in my life where either everything collapsed to my foundation, or my foundation was decimated entirely.

People who have sought security in money, jobs and investments are finding things evaporating before their eyes. Those who have counted on relationships are finding their loved ones morphing into completely different characters. Things we've believed are solid and real are turning out not to be, thus shaking our belief systems to their core.

In reality, this has been going on our entire lives, but usually with just one thing at a time. And we usually have a year or two or three to get over it before the next challenge comes. Now it seems all is being called into question at once, and it seems to be happening with everyone, magnifying the experience for all.

It's all happening because we're coming to a new level of awareness. It's an increased inner responsibility and a connection with a God-Self within. We're growing up. We're becoming Conscious. It'll be wonderful once we get there, but how do we manage the discomfort as the old illusions fall away?

A technique that I've relied on for half my life has been grounding. I create/imagine an energy connection from my first chakra/lower abdomen down to the center of the earth. It acts as both an anchor or stabilizer, and also an energy release. When I'm grounded, it usually feels like gravity has increased. I'm less knocked over by whatever is going on around me. My body feels safer when grounded. And, by imagining it like a trash chute, I can release negative energy out of my space and down to the center of the earth to be recycled.

I still believe that this can be an effective technique for many people. However, my hologram is changing, my realm of energy work is expanding, and so my technique of grounding needs upgrading as well.

When I first started working with Matrix Energetics, I discovered that I needed 'multidimensional' grounding. I was engaging in Parallel Universes and parallel dimensions, so all my parallel selves required grounding as well! Back then I didn't question where I was grounding to, I just did it.

I asked Mark Dunn about grounding and he said he doesn't ground to the center of the earth any more because 'the earth is dying'. I don't think that's true, but I do think that energy is being withdrawn from the hologram, so it feels that way to most. I think there will always be a playground Earth but it will feel different.

What started happening for me this summer is whenever I grounded, not just my body but my environment, I'd experience the 'Matrix wave' instead. The center of the earth disappeared and it seemed like there was nothing below but outer space. Oops! Maybe we really are in a giant holodeck on the Enterprise after all!

Mark teaches 'dropping down', moving from your head to your heart, but it also involves dropping into your solar plexus and your lower abdomen. It's kind of like grounding into your first chakra rather than grounding from it. Dropping down happened automatically with me when I grounded to the center of the earth. The grounding into my first chakra is taking conscious practice, however.

A visual image that came to me as I was considering how to conclude this article was swimming in a strong current (which we all are doing at this moment). Trying to have your feet on the ground isn't possible (or necessarily productive). However if you stay centered and focused within yourself, you'll maintain the presence of mind to navigate your way through the flow.

Which all comes down to bringing your energy and focus back inside. Your foundation isn't in money, job, relationships or an external God. It's in You. Try connecting to your inner You (or U, for Universe, I like to say) and see how that helps you in the coming days and months.

change vs. maintenance

©2008 Joan M. Newcomb

Having just come back from helping staff a Matrix Energetics seminar in Baltimore, I was going to write about Morphic Fields. But the election has happened, and this subject was sitting in my list of potential ezine subjects, so I'm going to explore this today.

I'll start clairvoyantly. When I read auras, I'll often see the color green. Green means change to me, and the different shades of green depict different phases of change.

Spring green, the color of new blades of grass, is brand new change. It's the color around birth and death. It's in your aura when you get divorced, quit your job, and move to another city.

Medium green, the color of mature grass, is when the change has been in effect for some time. I call it maintenance, because you're maintaining the change that happened two or three years ago. You could use the analogy of mowing your lawn to maintain your yard or garden.

Dark green is when maintenance has faltered. You're letting things slide in the personal growth area. You've forgotten to keep mowing your lawn.

Olive or Khaki green is past time energy. Sometimes this just comes up if you've attended a family gathering or a class reunion. Other times it means your lawn has become a jungle and you need to get out the machete!

We've had an interesting eight years in the U.S., in which I've watched the governing powers revert changes that previous administrations had brought about. I'd never seen the cycle of change reversed before. It felt that we were returning to the 1950's in terms of ecology, human rights, and information privacy. It felt like we were returning to 1930's Germany in some aspects as well. (And it's seeming we're returning to post 1928 economy, but that's possibly an illusion).

So of course, change had to happen in a big way. I can imagine the new president will have to wield a big machete to get through the chaotic jungle left behind at the White House.

New administrations always have to deal with the remains of the previous ones. Their promise of change always is delayed because of it. It's possible it could take Obama four years to get things cleaned up to the point of being able to effect the change he talked about during his campaign.

However, things are energetically accelerating. Time and space are no longer limiting factors in creating change. It's possible for transformation to come about instantaneously.

Where does maintenance come in here? Maintenance looks a little different than it use to. Maintenance used to be keeping things as the previous change left them, but then could also be interpreted as the opposite of change. Maintaining routines, keeping things clear, all of which is helpful in terms of providing stability.

However now it seems that maintenance is more about keeping up with new changes, pushing past plateaus and continuing to challenge oneself with new expanding possibilities. A practice of letting go of the old and embracing the new could be seen as maintenance.

So I invite you to look at the cycles of change in your life, where are you keeping things going and where are you keeping things the same? With such a momentum in the air, you may find it easier now than ever to let go of old limitations!
